I would like to suggest that someone bring a copy of F-Zero GX to a smashfest. Maybe even to a tournament-- If anyone would be interested in a small side-tourney of F-Zero.

M2K pwnz F-Zero... Idk I still need to compare best times with him

Kira Ive tried going through Earthbound a long time ago. Honestly I found it pretty boring. The gameplay is pretty strange, and I'm not a fan of the psychedelic backgrounds and stuff. I didnt see what people saw in it, other than its funny references. I think nostalgia has alot to do with it too.

I hear Braid is pretty cool. Really wanna try it out

probably what makes it a cult classic. i'll probably get around to earthbound in about a year.

I've been spending a lot of time reading the blog from the creators of BRaid (you can google the main site and scroll down past all the praise to find the link).

It has really boosted my level of respect for game developers and the industry in general. There are extremely innovative ideas coming out all the time in the indie game world, very few of which scratch the mainstream surface, but almost all of them are about 100x better than anything mainstream anyway.

And I had all but lost hope for the gaming universe.

So Im talking about Mass Effect to a friend right now, and just remembered its one of my favorite games. What are peoples opinions on it? I realize most side quests were kinda repetitive, and so was the looting lockpicking system, but the storyline and concept of the game were so god**** amazing

Its probably my favorite sci-fi video game storyline to date.

games are so good. tonight i went to the arcade, and as i was getting out of my car listening to adam corolla on love line and putting **** in my pockets, a guy parked next to me. i looked over and it was some old guy. then i watched him walk into the arcade. i figured he was picking some kid up.

so later im watching derek play blazblue and i turn around and this old guy is like 10k short of the high score on a SUPER old 1942 machine. not 1945, the one youre probably thinking of. 1942, with super worse graphics and game engine. well he eventually beat the high score. it was awesome. i thought it was really cool because he is a gamer from 2 generations ago but he was in an arcade not 5 feet from blazblue and street fighter 4

Thats probably because its a superior game.

I liked oblivion alot but I dont see how people could prefer that over fallout
