You have my entire support for this. I agree with Fatmanonice Fatmanonice something should be presented and giving to Nintendo at the E3 to get their attention. Just an idea popped out. Maybe people dress like Geno at the E3 ( just a thought)

Hey, would Alphard be a good YouTuber to give us a shoutout? He is a popular Geno fan and makes some pretty good content. He also seems like the kind of guy to give a helping hand to something like this.

I had no idea Alpha was a Geno fan, if what you said is true. It would be so cool if Alpha joined this cause.

So caughting up and the idea of an animation would probably be the best for this.

Game development may take a bit longer if we want something in May.

If we need voice over work, I would be happy to be apart of that! Still getting my feet wet in that department, but if any are curious PM me and I can send a link to some projects I have done.

Agree 100%. Whatever we decide to do, the most important thing is that we finish and ensure that the work is polished. I was actually thinking of making the exact same post and nominate you as the lead project manager ;).

If we decide to make a fan game for example, we could aim to create one really badass level as a proof of concept.

You pretty much summoned everyone Zack xD

I signed the petition and I'll share it with a few friends to start with.

As to what I can do , I have a very small youtube Channel , but I still can do a Geno(Mii Gunner) montage , costume or no costume.

I saw someone mentionning drawings of Geno , I can try to do one , I even know a close friend who could do a Geno doodle , and she's talented!

And yeah , we have to reach further than SmashBoards... YouTube , twitter , Discord... Maybe even TV lol "Local magic puppet yell at Square Enix TM company for not beeing included in a party game roster" (jk jk)

I'm on the SMRPG revival train now.

(As to Erdrick... I won't talk too much about this here , but the name "Brave", make me think more It's Agnès from Bravely Default lol)

Might also be worth hittin up D1 (xD1x) on Twitter/Twitch as well. I know he's also a huge Geno fan.

Yeah we have to reach out farther then usual. Alpha probably would help, but we need more. Like a Geno fangame or something. I think if we make a fangame we should send it to Nintendo of America or Japan. Once again, either SMRPG remake or a metroidvania.
(Also lol if brave is refering to my boi Hollow Knight)

We should probably plan something for march 9th. Since that was the US release date. Maybe a livestream of a full run through the game, taking breaks to show off art and such.

I wonder what Kirbopher's perspective on this would be. You know, the guy behind the SMRPG Forest Maze animation's from back in the day. If I recall correctly, SMRPG is still his favorite game of all time, so perhaps he would be interested.

how square should use the SMRPG characters:
Geno: get him his own game + more crossover appearence
Mallow: always with Geno
Boshi: make him important to the yoshi series
The Smithy gang: possibly invade another world like the rabbids did
Culex: secret boss in other games
The mario universe looking characters (Smilax, Toadofsky, Gaz, Hinoppio, Jagger etc): more appearence in the Mario games

I like Ravioko Ravioko 's idea of a Geno / Mario RPG illustration collage as well. Even if the big push is for an animation or game, having something that anyone and everyone can contribute to will help demonstrate the reach of Geno and Mario RPG. I think that kind of project could easily snowball as well because the visual nature of it might inspire others to pitch in. Remember that awesome T-Shirt design? You never know where you'll find talented Mario RPG fans.

I'm also contemplating getting one of the Kremling Kampaigners attention and ask them for advice should I go ahead and do that or nah? and as Ravioko Ravioko brought up we could do something visually to get people's attention like a very well made animation or something as well as getting in contact with Social media influences

I mean, this operations namesake is based off Nintendo petitions that did work, if I recall correctly.

The petition isn't all of it, my guy. There are people messaging prominent Youtubers that enjoy Geno to highlight this thread to their subscribers. When Erdrick gets announced on NoA's Twitter we'll probably get people to respond to it respectfully asking for Geno at some point. People are planning fangames and art as well. It's more than a petition.

Ideally the Petition is only Phase one in a multi Phase operation and it worked for Operation Moonfall so why wouldn't it work for us?
