I just dislike the aggressive shift that came about.

Well, really, I didn't like that about 4th gen either. 5th gen just made it worse.

That was gen 3 jfyi and on a high level it really wasn't that defensive.

R/S was actually really offensive because Regice was literally the best special tank and it has like 23972982 elemental weaknesses and no useful resistance. FR/LG was more defensive but not on the same level as G/S/C ... people just really overrate how broken Skarmbliss was.

RBY has like 100% critical hit ratio and freeze forever xD + not the bulky pokemon that GSC brought.

Ugh. No. The running jokes get old very, very fast. I just couldn't put up with that kinda bull**** for that long. After it entered another new series and had the same plot in every episode (it's done that since season 1, by the way) with the stupid Team Rocket running gags... I was done.

Oh yeah and I found the EU social. My condolences to all of you who enjoyed posting here. :V
