Sorry, I'll be in a huge gaming binge with Sonic Generations out a week before, and Skyward Sword a week after. Gotta save my money for them.

I got done with work for the entire week, so now I can devote my time to doing my 4 assignments due one day after another. I was about to lay on my bed with a DVD playing while I read my chapters.

Apparently, my DVD player crashed out on me overnight and it can't read discs anymore.

LOL SOMEONE CLEARLY HATES ME FOR SOMETHING.

Been cleaning it with a rag and an air can. No luck. And my Toshiba laptop doesn't come with a DVD drive. I have a portable CD add-on, but it's garbage.

At one point, I would draw Lee every time 2nd or 3rd round in every tourney. I never won against him.

I can understand why, the man is really good.

It was good to finally get to play Scuddlefish. His falco's legit, really solid.

I felt like I learned alot while playing him about how to approach the matchup as Ganon. I need to play DualCats more though and learn sheik. Hate that broad lol.

Everyone who plays Scud realizes that he's a super smart dude, and he's really good at exposing flaws via specific punishes.

From experience, I feel that, on a given day at a tournament, I can do well in singles or teams, but not both. At Super Bit Wars, when I took my ADHD medicine, I did really well in teams but I sucked in singles. I feel like I would have done better in teams at ARK if I had taken my medication, but I was feeling that I was playing pretty well in singles and didn't want to risk messing that up. Who knows, maybe it would have actually helped my singles game by keeping me more alert and focused longer into the day (not that I'm complaining about my performance in singles, but a plus is a plus). Maybe I'm in error judging how it affects my performance from one tournament. Live and learn, I suppose.

josh, curtis, bassem, and to whoever this concerns.

colin (fino) is driving by this friday to pick up his controller. curtis i figure you could ask colin any olimar questions as he is very well read. bassem for the olimar experience. and maybe me to come up with some more olimar gimmicks.

I am hosting a tournament this weekend on the 24th at a practically empty 3 bedroom apartment. I had to move to a new place because this complex wouldn't accept the breed of my dog, but I still have this lease up for two months so i figured i should make good use of it. Anyone who might be interest here is the link!! If anyone had housing needs for a night or whatever they could feel free to just stay at the venue. :)

MANNN, persona 4 looks legit as a game, and it's made by Arc and Atlus my two favorite things ever.

More excited about that than SFxT atm, but I still am digging that skull girls.

Hey guys! The end of the LONE STAR CIRCUIT is approaching with only 2 events remaining! Our 6th event is "Revolution" hosted by Denti/Utd Zac on October 8th in Dallas Tx! The "Championships" will be held in Austin Tx on November 12th and it will be ran by Zigsta. After reading below, you gotta be stupid not to go!

Lone Star Circuit Event #6: Revolution!!

October 8th, 2011 - Dallas Tx

http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=310729

Revolution is your last chance to get LSC points need to break the top 8(point wise)! This will automatically put in the PRO BRACKET and give you a 50% chance and earning pot bonus money at the Championships!

Lone Star Circuit Event #7: The Championships

November 12th, 2011 - Austin Tx

http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=311003

It all comes down to this! The LSCE Championships is a regional sized event that will feature an Amateur/Pro Bracket for singles as well as extended payouts for both 1vs1(top 8) and 2vs2(top 4). Oh and a pot bonus of 500$(this is the minimum, it can only go up) will be available as well.

PS: The Championships are open to EVERYBODY! This includes out of city/out of state players!

I'll play all three games. Skullgirls and SFXT catch my attention the most though. SFXT mostly because its going to be mainstream starting next year and it looks really good. Pandora mode looks useless, unless you're like Chun Li or something.

The Persona fighting game seems more exciting to me because it shows that more people are taking notice of the 2D fighter boom which hints that there should be more in development (of course, this also suggests more crappy fighting games HOLLA SOUL CALIBUR V)

Finally got my garbage essays completed, but now I have to read a 500 page book to do a 500 word summary.

That said, I can afford to spend the day tomorrow doing whatever. Just let me know when everyone conglomerates for the Smashfest.
