I almost went to that tourney except I didn't bother cuz they weren't running blazblue CS.

I was pretty good at BlazBlue CT although I suck at Continuum Shift because I don't have a main. They nerfed Rachel to unplayable-status and now I'm torn between my ****ty Ragna and picking up Litchi, which I havent gotten around to yet. who do you play as?

MVC2 was absolutely scary to watch though (I never really got into fighting games beyond smash). I saw cable/blackheart/sentinel/storm/magneto almost exclusively and i remember seeing a x3 cable team. All those infinite combos and that game just gets discustingly fast at high play uggh.

you can't pick the same character 3 times lol wtf, and x3 cable would suck anyway!

blackheart is hardly ever used... the 3 best teams are magneto/storm/psylocke, magneto/sentinel/storm and storm/sentinel/captain commando

infinites are pretty situational, there's crazier **** in melee anyway. :D

Gboyredgun, we got a group of like 6 people here in puyallup, you're welcome to come chill, we smash like 4 times a week and we have multiple set ups and recording, so whenever works for you is probably good. It's usually a late night thing though, like 7-4 or some thing, just depends on when we work.

We should def try to have brackets at the primes more often. We could probably start recording more matches and even get commentary(just get a digital recording and add to the track later in a movie maker, takes an extra 4 minutes). Between you, me, vish, andy it shouldnt be any trouble uploading more matches.

For tophs we could start doing like 1$ entry or something, or free idk doesnt really matter. I just dont want ppl discouraged from entering.

ehhh. i can guarantee they wont be that big again ever, and anything less than a 16 man bracket is usually boring. people would rather just play friendlies, they can go to an actual tournament if they want tournament play. just mm people. i could tell the by the end of the tournament the pyuallup (idk how to spell it) guys were tired of waiting.

Either way I think our goal is the same in terms of what ppl should get out of the smashfest.
