:D kkk! well im sorry i couldent attend the singles tournament.........i had to leave..and yeah...so if i do good in the SOP8 can i be in the rankings??

The fact remains that he can't be considered until he goes to another tournament.

Just because they are good enough to be considered for the rankings doesn't mean that they should be able to bypass all of the requirements for them that we've all had to comply with. They're good, but not that good.

Now if I were to move to UT and participate in one tournament, I should be placed 1st on the rankings, immediately. Even if I placed last.

Hell, why am I not on the rankings? This is BS.

If you moved to Utah, you don't even have to go to a tournament. Just moving here should automatically make you number one on our list. Hell, even if you quit smash, you'd still be number one.

lulz! this is so funny! arguing about dai-a in the power rankings i think he should be in the power rankings depending on how he does on the next tournament and plus hes my brother so why wouldnt i want him on? i just suck! lol! :chuckle:

ps. why is junpei so mad?:ohwell:

Apparently some people think that the presence of a sentence that fits the broad definition of a "john" automatically makes a match completely and accurately represent the skill level of the 2 players no matter what happened. :laugh:

btw, I was practicing l-cancels through shields (and some doubleshine, I guess), not lasers.

Also, I don't see where Gojira is arguing for Dai-A to be listed on the rankings, just pointing out the irony in "Just so you know: placing high in one tourny will probably not land you in the Power Rankings."

Oy...what I meant in that sentence was that he needs to attend more tournies. But whatever...there's too much disputing over a subject that shouldn't even need to be disputed.

So, Dai-A, just one thing you need to do: go to another tourny and do moderately well and you'll definitely be considered.

BTW, can Xtinction and Staz actually be counted as entering one tourny already (for the "two tourny to be active" clause)? They didn't really play in singles at all.

yeah i was wondering that too we entered teh singles but we didnt get to do our second match so i dont know. were we counted as as entering that tourney?:dizzy:(plz say yes)

For the record since you seem to be defending how well you did in a tourney (that doesnt even matter)

winners finals you beat my Mario with shike YAY! Yes, then you did beat me in two shiek dittos afterwards to 3-0 me. But, you never used falco, not once. You never used Fox, Not once. When we met in finals you used shike and beat me once in a ditto, and after i beat you after that in a shike ditto, you used ALL marth where i think you got one more. But see C!Z, had you paid attention to what i have been saying, this tourney was pointless and did not matter. Why did you come otu here to defend yourself knowing this? Probably because your afraid it might hurt your image or power rankigns spot ionno.

Oh, BTW, you say you didnt care about it at all, but you sounded like you cared everytime you died. still, he tourney was nto a real tourney =P

C'mon goji, that's just mean. We should all keep the passive aggressiveness to a minimum guys... especially over the interwebz, where sarcasm/what not don't translate.
Dai-A, You're crazy. Go to another tournament and do that well (i.e. don't play me ;)) and you'll pry take my spot. I really need to up my game... I've been playing at near 50% of what I did tournament before last... your birthday Dai-a, though, I was at about 80% after the first few matches. So.. be afraid ;). As soon as I get my falco countering done (e.g. grab combos) you're dead!!!
Hehe. And one more thing i was thinking... going to and placing well in two consecutive tournaments takes about two months... which isn't really THAT hard. What's the alternative :S?

Umm I didn't care, I remember. Yes I did use Fox atleast once so it appears you don't remember. Whatever Zack fact is if I did want to win I wouldn't have switched from a character that I just won two games in a row against you.

haha OMG ok C!Z, the tourney did not matter why do you defend yourself like it does? "If I wanted to win"Im not bragging about my wins vs you OR devin. and if I cared to win I would have nto used mario vs your shiek the first match. So dont even worry about it.

Now I know this is the power ranking thread but while im postring i woudl like to announce that ultimate showdown MAY be the title for the next tourney. Also, CO might come to that one instead of the 4 corners tourney, and im going to help AZ with gas to get their ***** out here to.
