How do you rank out of staters? Do you have them ranked and are just not listing them?

They get a base score comparative to the players that are around their skill level that are already in the state.

Let's say you're at a K-rating of 32 tournament. Let's say you both have the exact same score of 1650. You play in tournament, and the winner will get: 1666, and the loser would be at 1634.

If you win, you ALWAYS get points. If FK (1650) beats Dojo (1900) you will get a large number of points. If FK beats John Doe (1500), you will get very few points. The same applies with losing to someone but backwards of course.

Lol, I just graduated from Memorial Highschool this year, and the only tournaments I have ever been to are the nerdfest tournaments in Victoria.

San Antonio has both a Memorial High School, and a tournament series called Nerdfest, which takes place at John Jay High School.

this is stupid, rankings should only keep track of good people.
