and theres only been 1 circuit event.

the work you put in before hand determines your seed at the very first circuit event you enter. after that its based on how you do at the circuit events onwards

You don't need the PR to be updated to know tourny results. The seeding when done on a new player is entirely based off discussion and stuff, not the PR. thats why razer was seed 2 at HOM
