it depends on your playstyle.
if you're a more defensive, movement oriented fox, it's mostly about weaving in and out until falco overextends.
if you're an aggressive fox, it 's about being close enough that you're outside of his comfort zone and he can't transition well between great zoning and great pressure.

either way you have a multitude of ways to combo him to death.

granted i'm oversimplifying the matchup, but i'm just trying to give you the beginnings of the ideas.
