Rotation.

Other than that and moving platforms that never seem to help me when I need them to, it's a fairly normal stage. Take each stage set-up as it is and adjust accordingly. Also, whenever either I'm at a high percent or I'm going for a kill, I always try to stay on the left and keep my opponent on the right just because the right side's furthest platform doesn't have an edge. That makes for easier gimps for marth and a much harder recovery.

Stay away from the right side, non-grabbable edges are really bad for marth because his up B gives him 28 frames of landing lag.

to be honest I don't fully understand how you get moved when the stage flips. I've even filmed it flip and rewatched it frame by frame, its wierd.

I have to say that you should stay away from the side with no ledges on the first part, because it's too easy to be gimped by it if you get hit off too far. Fairly neutral other than that, I say 6/10.

This stage can really **** you over. Seriously, bringing the likes of MK, Snake or DDD is just suicide here. That platform on the right is the main reason... Your landing lag on DS is ridiculous and can result in your opponent's most powerful move in your face for a low % kill >_>

Not to mention if you use up you second jump and then get screwed over on the stage flip. This shouldn't be happening though. The trick is to just jump once right before the stage chances and most of the time you will be in a good position and not under the stage although that can happen.

But the same ****ty right platform can be used to your advantage, unfortunately Marth's kill moves aren't amazing unless tippered so you won't get an early early kill most of the time. But watevez it still helps you. Platforms can be abused. Platform in the original stage is a lot easier to utilize than the one in the transformation, which is way too short. And can be annoying, because you could get shield grabbed by your opponent if you aren't careful about SH aerialing.

Overall not a stage you want to be counterpicking, unless you have some untold connection with Rigley and you absolutely must see his fat *** while you play. (or when playing oli)

If you're in the middle of recovering when there's going to be a stage flip, side b stall. It generally works for me since you have time to react and if you were smart, you haven't used your second jump and you MIGHT even be able to recover from underneath the stage.

@#$ this stage.

But cp'ing against olimar seems like a pretty awesome idea....

I would avoid this stage as marth. A good CP against tethers (oli, ivy), but this definitely isn't a good stage for marth. Kirby and DDD can screw you over by swallowing you and spitting you out under the stage, making it next to impossible to recover.

Yep, I hate it as Marth but love it as Jigglypuff. And 3x, can you respond to my visitor message?

Eh...the good thing about this stage is da platforms. Since Marth is good with them it helps. Avoid the right side of the stage like the other people said until it flips over to the longer part with the dip in the middle.

I kinda wish the parasite queen in the back would do more. Like fire something at you since that is what it did in Metroid Prime when you had to kill it. The stage has some awesome music I must say Metroid Prime music is awesome.

Try to knock your opponent off to the right more than the left since you can't hang from it. Avoid MK, Snake, D3 for this stage. good against anyone with tethers.

The platforms that go off stage to the sides can save you just don't linger on them and pray if you DS to them that the landing lag doesn't kill you either.

Oh and jumping as the stage flips helps not to get caught underneath it. That happened to my friend once, he also flew off the stage as he used Marths final smash as it turned it took him off and he died it was soo funny I rofl'd so badly it hurt after that.
