Actually the most important consideration is novelty, i.e. what matchups could we see from evo that we might not usually or ever get to see.

That means a lot of Armada first of all (and maybe ken?), and then think of people who don't travel much and cross-regional match-ups that never happen.

This! I think the most important thing is Armada vs. every good player he hasn't played against in tournament (or at least not in a long time), e.g., PPU, Hax, M2K, darkrain, Jman, Ken.

You should try to get Siglemic and Cosmo as well, though not sure how interested either one will be. And if you do get Cosmo, should totally have a Cosmo vs Axe or something; I would love to see how he'd do against Pika or even any of the top players.

In fact if you get Cosmo & Siglemic here's what I think would be some funny ideas:

I'd be surprised if Vectorman can get PPU or Shroomed down to 2 stock. Best Yoshi in the world is in Santa Cruz.
