You need the Homebrew channel in order to run it. You'll find more in the FAQ.

Brawl+ is getting more and more balanced. I doubt we'll ever see a offical version, but Brawlplusery is the standard. I think it's at like v4.1 or something like that.

I don't get the argument since that's the same Zangief player haha. Daigo just didn't make the stupid mistakes that Valle did.

I guess Daigo just ***** in any game with any character though... I wonder if he has ever tried smash. I know that he's also a beast at GG even though it's significantly different from SF.
