Hey everyone,
Over the past few months we have been trying to gather all the equipment for this event to make sure it is the greatest event ever! This is the time of year we ask for your help. With the amount of people coming this year our goal is to make this the smoothest tournament we, as a community, has. To do that, we have decided to offer discounts to those who bring setups.
To give you a bit of what we have so far here is a list of our current equipment.
Our goal is to be 80 Total tvs 40 Melee and 40 Brawl.
To do that we are offering ANYONE who brings a setup a $5 Discount. To recieve this discount you MUST have the equipment for the ENTIRE event. That means we need the Equpiment from Start UNTIL it ENDS. You would be required to bring your setups before the event. We will have the venue open Thursday and Early Friday. From there, you will be given a voucher that will guarentee your discount and once you leave at the end of the day you provide that voucher to us and we will provide you IN CASH the amount.
If you have ANY mods please have them removed. This is including but not excluding :
Note : IF YOU DO DECIDE TO KEEP INFINITE REPLAY DO NOT PUT THE FORCED REPLAY ON. WE HAVE BIG COMPANIES PROMOTING THIS EVENT FOR US AND IT WOULD BE A SHAME IF THOSE COMPANIES DO NOT RETURN FOR 2014 DUE TO HACKS.
