Smash VI?! That's like 4 ahead of where we are now!

So somewhere in April. Probably Easter again so I have an excuse to buy Creme eggs.

I've been thinking about Hunter Smash III: Revenge of Smashville, and I'm considering having it at my place as a meet, with one or two tournaments. I'll get my sister to make lunch and it'll be sweet. Probably will have it on the 10th, when Sieg is down visiting.

Lol, which game?

I've defeated him on Hu Lao gate in 3 and 4, but I haven't tried in 6 yet. 6 is pretty **** though.

I'm waiting for Koei's new Dynasty Warriors like game.

It's Dynasty Warriors, but in the Fist of the North Star world.

Head exploderan.

How to record melee with my dvdr?

Do I go:

wii --> TV AV1 input

DVDR --> TV AV1 output

then just hit record on the dvdr... or something?

All I've managed to do is play through the dvdr with lots of lag.

lol, 4 was my first. Then 5 and now 6... 6 is a disappointment though... five stories per kingdom with cloned movesets and removed characters... what were they thinking?!

Samurai Warriors 3 looks pretty good, for the Wii

That sounds right. Although if you're playing through the DVDR, it seems like you have the input and output mixed up. Hm... Do you have a manual for the DVDR? That'd be the best place to look up.

well... I like WO1 because of its nostalgic value to me ^_^

WO2 has the main villains immediately playable though ('cept Orochi Z) which was kinda disappointing...

BTW, the "warriors" series by KOEI produces some of the best VGBGMs ever... especially Dance Macabre from DW5

Yeah, I have a couple of the OST's for each game. Music in those games is epic, I wish they would just make a new amazing one that would blow me away lol.

they're just making remakes now... like DW6: Special... with 6 new storylines... for the PS2 (I mean.. wtf?) and DW: Strikeforce for the PS3... which apparently sucked on the PSP...

lol, yeah, I borrowed DW3 from the video shop last year or some time, and when it came on I was like "Hey, this is that song that's in DW5! But better!"

Well guess what....

that's one of the tracks in WO2. They use tracks mostly from DW5 and Samurai Warriors 2, and the new tracks especially for the game. But for the "Dream Mode" Stages (pretty much the stages designed to poke fun at the characters and have a laugh) they use all old tracks from DW3 and 4 and SW1.

Can't believe I forgot my fave song that was made for Warriors Orochi! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Il3yBFLTho Antinspecter is used in every story mode in both WO1 and 2 as the "Almost Final Battle Music" (ie. it's used on every second-last stage which are pretty much the most epic stages in the game, cuz the final stage is cleiche'd and the same for every force, and you get to fight the epic villains like Sima Yi, Dong Zhuo and of course, Da Ji)
It's so epic when it plays in-game... trust me! The climax of that song is higher than god-tier

Opinion on Antispecter Sieg? And Lu Bu is more broken in the WO series than in n DW game!

I didn't like Antispecter that much. I like the vocals in the background, but it just didn't really appeal to me lol.

that's like my brothers... they don't like it either. But it is epic when played in-game.

The OST for WO is definitely worth it. Also WO2, simply cuz of the new songs.
