Too true. The D-pad does suck. On top of that, I'm beginning to prefer stick.

Advanced techniques are easier on the stick (negative edge, piano key button presses, combos in general). :ohwell:

the d-pad sucks major ***, so until i find a stick or gamepad thats worthy of my praise, im using this piece of **** excuse for a fighting controller thats only made for halo

and i seen alot of good sf players at c3's, even justin wong ****. i got bored watching so i go and watch mew2king go **** in melee. more fun to me lol.

Yeah, I'll see if he wants to come again, maybe with Ikagi this time! If he's coming I'll see if he can bring a setup.

WTF DID I SEE YOU AT THE LAST ONE ? NOOOOOOO or the ONE before that !? NOOOOOOOO

gtfo brawl lover:chuckle:
W-WHAT?!?! Just because I don't go to Sypher's doesn't mean I'm at a Brawl tourny you fool. The last one I went to was COT4 I've missed God knows how many in that time. Who cares? I'm going to that huge Melee tourny in New York this weekend so there. Maybe if you stopped playing Brawl at all the smashfests you'd realize I'm usually the only one that wants to play Melee with everyone :p

Oh man, we're ACTUALLY filling up on setups!

I have two GCs, each with Melee (one was left last time by SOJ). Another person who's coming (never been before) is bringing a Cube + Melee, and I guess No Face is going to bring a setup too. And Shinku with the 360. 5 TVs, 5 systems, this is great.

No Face, I don't think Alex needs to bring his GC, we're full without it :p

I'm going to ask Jesse to see if he can bring 360 controllers if he's coming, and if he isn't I'm sure he'd be willing to let me borrow them. We actually only need one more, right?

Oh, and recording. The guy I mentioned before who hasn't come to one of these is bringing stuff to record with, so you all can sort it out with him if you want stuff recorded. I have my camcorder and I can record matches that way, too, but you're gonna have to ask me to get a set recorded because I'm not going to leave it up.
