My place is a 10 minute drive from Bolton station, or check the original post for bus details. If you're lost you can always ring me, I'll probably know where you are.

Bickers or Solid may be able to give you a lift at that time, I'm not sure when they're getting here. Come to think of it Bickers may be crashing at mine friday so he may be able to sort you out.

Ideally I want this to finish when it's done, but if people need to start leaving I suppose it'll have to end there

As for lifts back, it's probably best trying to sort something out on the day, I would if my car was insured, but life's a ***** -.-

But hopefully I don't want this half played out, I'm hoping doubles and playoffs will both be done in good time :<

Doan, firstly as a long time smasher i congratulate you all for the effort in creating and maintaining a scene =).

i dont play brawl, i personally think its terrible xD, but i wouldnt mind popping along to one and seeing how many of you i can beat simply with my melee experience. btw i have played brawl a total of 4-5 times now so fear my wrath obv xD.

as you all may know the melee scene is dying which i find a terrid (horrid meets terrible) shame. are ANY of you interested in melee to any degree? im pretty good, UK top 10, and i capable teacher and i desperately want steady competition, as currently there are but a few players and my game is getting stale. i make no excuses when it comes to the fact that melee is a harder and more complicated game, but if anyone wants to learn im happy to teach =). There is also a very good french smasher over in manchester atm who is amazing to play against.

that said im not here to insult brawl, i find it quite fun in small amounts and i respect any person who decides to take a game seriously, whilst having fun. ive not got steady interent access atm due to fundage but come september ill be back in bolton university and living in manchester. i live in manchester atm so if anyone fancies melee soon then just call me on 07816380025, and please dont forget to explain that you saw me post here, its pretty awkward if i have no idea who you are and you dont tell me xD.

Dooan, unfortunately I'm going to have to skip on this one. I just don't have the money. I had to take the £20-ish I had in the bank out today due to having to partake in repeated trips between home and the jobcentre (which costs £5 per bus journey -_-)

Failing either of them there is a FULL BLOWN MELEE TOURNAMENT IN BOLTON ON THE 18TH!!!!!!!!

So, some shoutouts.

Firstly, respect to Albi, he barely ever played smash before this, so Bickers, Smudge and I trained him overnight. Then he beat smudge in a friendly. Crumpets all round. Still, 8th doesn't seem fair to him, he improved VASTLY over about 6 hours.

Solid had a Brawl-enhancer implanted in his tongue in some sort of twisted experiment, and was drugged up all day on mystery pills. Seems to be working for him D:

JD managed to get 7-8 falcon punch kills over the day, I have no idea what that mans been smoking either. He also ***** the jokes low-tier tourney we had, AND the random tournament, what the ****?

Thanks to Ryuken for making it on short notice, we ***** that team thing up something serious. Turns out sonic is an amazing suicide bomber, as well as carrying my sorry *** to the finals :D

Thanks for putting that extra quid in Jack, I hate dodgy maths.

And to Smudge: What a beast! Turns up the day before the actual tourney, cracks out the melee and pretty much runs the tourney for me too. On top of winning it. Your success is short lived though my friend, The Climbers are coming for you son. No amount of Marth is going to be stopping the ice cold beatdown <3

So yeah, was **** good fun, cheers for coming round everyone =]
