2nd, idk what you guys ended up donig, but for some reason my internet crapped out on me and it wouldn't work on my laptop but it would on the other computers, i spent like 20 min trying to fix it and still couldn't, now it's working, i don't get it

It's stupid to request to be off unless you are legitimately quitting. If so, tell the panel and then if you dont enter any tournaments for a period then you can be removed.
It doesn't make sense to make the list inaccurate just because someone doesn't want to be on it.
