noob beats hella good player but looses to noobier noobs than him in the same tourny eh.
placings are very concrete the best players place high king Jeff Rey isnt that consistent enough ?
im only talking SJSU , those arte the only tournaments i think that should count and out of state ones too.

problem is: only counting SJSU is heavily biased against central valley players, who never ever go to the NCBs. when NCB regulars come over here, lots of johns appear with not trying and whatnot. there's a lot of discrepancy with ranking people like the FTA's and teamscapes. it's difficult because sometimes their players (generally... just an opinion) are both underestimated AND overestimated by different people.

of course my concern is only with people below the top 15 or so, because they are hard to rank... but then again it doesn't really make a difference who's above who... just the people who are on the ranking lol.

oh also... is DC norcal now? that fool should be ranked. rofl and bob$ should go up. way up. 3rd at UCLA and 2nd at NCB. no more pikachu LOL

If this is based mainly on tourney placings, I will most likely be moving down a few spots in this list as I really haven't been to any notable ones (or used my main at the ones I did) in quite some time. I know where I stand skill-wise compared to where I was since the last list was made, and that is in and of itself enough for me right now. Have your way with me this list. For on the one hand, I haven't given many the chance to prove they should be above or below me, but I also wouldn't want to see the NCPR just become a list of "special exemptions" for the first few people on the list, with their positions set relatively in stone regardless of their activity.

I really don't know what to do with me. I trust the rest of the panel will.

P.S.-Give my spot to Bob$, he deserves it, his DownSmashes are really really good.

i just cant get out to as many tournaments as i'd like to and sac gets no repsect for its tournaments...its kind of unfair...not that sac gets no respect, but its unfair that the biggest group of good smashers in norcal is in the bay area...and, as it should be, the biggest group of good smashers controls the rankings. Sheridan can you pick me? I wanna play melee.
