The only reason I bother saying I'm a possibility is because I am on Smashboards everyday after work, if I'm not smashing. So anytime after 4 or 5 I can probably get the results up quicker than Neal. If you're in a hurry to get them up it may be more useful to send them to me over Neal. I will always do it as soon as I get the file as well.

how come ZOAP hasn't moved up?

he has performed really well.

every tournament he goes to, pretty much.

not gonna name any names, just do some lookin and you'll see that zoap performs really well and beats lots of people higher up on the list.

Even though Zoap hasn't moved up in number, I do think that his 21 on THIS list is stronger than the 21 on the LAST list. The fact that he's still #21 means that he's been improving at about the average rate as the rest of the talent around that skill level, which as we can see by the emergence of many new names, is substantial.

Hyuga makes a really good point. Anyone below 15 who didn't drop has been doing really well. There are four new players on this list below 15 (counting Meep, who came from 24th), and yet a lot of other people have still received more points and moved up since last time.
