You sound upset. Gyo is actually a horror manga, written by one of Japan's greatest horror writers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyo
The story itself is actually a commentary on technological warfare gone too far and the hubris of mankind. I highly recommend it.

I just picked one of the more grotesque fanart on the internet because I'm a mother ****ing bawss.

Also, there is a time and a place for gore. Just because you don't appreciate it does it mean you can be such a prat about it. It's a form of entertainment that is intended to be unrealistic. Would you also classify alien conquest science fiction or folklore fantasy for 'psychopaths'? There is some ****ed up **** to be found in those sub-genres, too. You need to relax and learn to enjoy life a little more, dood.

Gore for the sake of gore is disgusting, and if it entertains you you're a psychopath.

Gore can be used for horror, but most often it's only used for shock value, which is a primitive thrill and extremely ineffective at actually scaring people. Terror should make you wet your pants, not empty your stomach.

I didn't say gore had no place, but it's used improperly most of the time it ever gets used.

I remembered like 1 to 2 months after I got into the competitive scene. This dude was mad cocky saying he would put $20 that he'd demolish me. I laughed and took the bet.
He said we gonna do 10 stocks each and play on corneria lmao
I 8 stocked him, easy $20 right?

This when I used marth and wasn't that good. lol

Do you guys count Consolation matches that don't pay out for money?

I think of it as a friendly.

Like if your fighting for 15th/16th

A) you both have no chance of winning money anymore

B) that isn't even a real bracket match anymore

C) half the time people fool around in them

So DO you guys count it?

sometimes they can decide for the future who gets top 16 mlg pro(i use mlg as an example because mlg is only ones who have gone as far to make 15th and 16th fight it out). example =

like at orlando lee got 13th. he had to beat co18, hrnut, and chaz in the bracket or something like that to get points. that couldve contributed in the future if he was top 4 in final mlg and in so he got 4th and thus, a bye in championship bracket. it kinda matters even though he didnt win money at orlando.

so just my opinion = consolation matches are important. not for the time being if no money is on the line but important for the future.

I did record some matches at DC but those tvs were huge. Since these tvs are usually small I may not be recording any matches this time but I will be trying to.

Played 4 times in the past year johns....and I wasn't there for those 4 events. I was at bear mountain falling down it. I hurt my pinky too before those matches.....even though I wasn't there
