You are very to-the-point, Burb. No, they didn't jump the gun and show it now, but I honestly don't think they would put them in the update if they weren't coming out for a while. They could do another update at a later time with the extra content.

Anyway, I'm quite latem but I was paintballing all day and it took forever for me to catch up to this thread! This is all amazing! I love the stages, music, models, and gameplay! I'm so pumped! Brought a 20 dollar eshop card for this!. Can't wait for tomorrow! And calling it now, a vet and another newcomer in the digital event.

Why would they include those music tracks in the Mewtwo update for content not coming out until later on? They knew about data mining, since it happened with Mario Kart 8, Hyrule Warriors, and even Smash itself prior. Mario Kart 8's DLC Pack 1 included track listings for DLC Pack 2, which came out about five months later.

I'm not saying I think this stuff is gonna be held off, but it's a possibility people should consider.

They were definitely farther into development on this content than just those music files one month ago. There's a lot of files in the game, I'd say they just missed a few. Developers are lazy people, my friend. Trust me, I'm one of them and work with many.

I believe they already have.

They did good in 2013, while Microsoft humiliated themselves and shot themselves in the foot, and Sony basically just took a dump on Microsoft. They didn't have much in the way of games, just a piece of hardware that was better than Microsoft's in pretty much every regard.

Sony hasn't done bad since 2006, but that doesn't mean they've hit it out of the park every year, either. Their conferences have ranged from great to "meh".

It's just a safe assumption, since it makes more sense to be there than it does to be on Ryu's stage or Dream Land 64.

It's gotta be Miiverse or possibly something for a future stage.
