So the CSS is annoying, but on the other hand the fact that Ryu is listed before Lucas would suggest that We're getting at least Ryu and Lucas tomorrow, since it doesn't make much since to put Ryu before Lucas and not before Mewtwo if release date didn't matter.

I'm thinking tomorrow. There's a 20 minute presentation after all, and they're clearly being added in this update.
I actually think more than ever we could get (probably) Wolf announced at the proper E3 presentation, as otherwise they won't have any more DLC announced until whenever they do their next direct which won't be for another 2 months or so.

Ryu's chance of being a Mii Fighter costume is down to, like, 85%.

He appears to have most of his moveset from Melee, with a few changes. So he'll be at least somewhat different. Final Smash is apparently Critical Hit though.

They did at least give him the overhead slash animation from Melee for his Neutral B.

No, their victory videos got leaked, so we got to see them in action.
Nintendo's Japanese servers 'accidentally' sent out the next patch and people datamined it.

You sound like the guys who said Mewtwo wouldn't be DLC because he already had a trophy in the game.
The ballot could still make them happen. Them recieving a trophy only really means that Sakurai is aware of them.
