I've studied stuff on autism, worked at a daycare for autistic children, have autistic friends and I have autistic colleagues. I also said I didn't agree with RDG's statement, just that I could get why he said it

Not really overruled when I have a ****ton of experience with autism too. I say we drop it though

I'm willing to forgive Fates on the rather disappointing gay marriage stuff as it's literally baby steps. Only when they don't improve in a sequel will I not defend IS

It's baby steps, yeah, so I can forgive them as well. Doesn't mean I'm not very angry and spiteful about it, it's pretty disgusting, but you can't expect anything more.

Now, I haven't played the game myself (have you?), but this is very poor reasoning. Soleil's dialogue clearly portrays her as at least bi- or pansexual. Her not having any female romance options isn't because she's straight, it's because the developers chose not to give her any. Why? I don't know, but any potential reasons I can come up with aren't good.

disgusting? For ****s sake it's not an anti-LGBT thing, Soleil's problem was fainting at the sight of beautiful women on the battlefield. Soleil's confession says how she's embarrassed to have feelings for a guy, she's still flirty and lustful in her supports with female units and she has her 'Girl Lover' skill. It'snot a conversion thing, someone looked at it, didn't thoroughly read it and jumped to conclusions. Besides, said Tumblrina actually apologized for getting stuff wrong iirc

Why is it gross? Because if you're a lesbian and you want the route without Tharja 2.0 on it, but want to gay marry, you gotta spend another 30 bucks. Same thing for gay guys.

My point is that they clarified that they were added when the entire dev team were in the weaboo phase. Removing a character because you don't care for what they're from anymore, despite tons of people maining them and loving them makes no sense.

Also, they said they're trying to make them fit in with the Smash cast, IIRC.

You're ignoring the fact I vastly prefer women and that I dislike the expy too
You're implying that no one will buy the game with the same sex marriage of their gender
The download thing so you have both is only 20 bucks, unless you specifically want a physical copy
