I don't consider here a "joke" but more so an out there rep. Kinda like what Mr G&W was for Melee. I'm talking about the utterly useless throwaway gag that was made for ****s and giggles. Like Pichu.
She isn't a joke character. She's just more really unexpected and clever of a choice.

No, Glass Joe's Final Smash should be him getting a KO Punch, but it has the knockback of a sourspot Roy Smash attack and deals 1%. :DAnd for his Final Smash, he SDs himself

What if there was a character who was pathetically weak, but every single one of his attacks had a very small, Rest-like sweetspot that made him incredibly dangerous in the right hands?
First ZeRo will complain he's OP and should be banned, then after he uses him due to his strengths it'll be his favorite character and complain when the character gets nerfed.
