Right now for Zelda games, I'm aiming to play and also hopefully (eventually) complete the most popular ones.

From what I've observed, the Zelda games that get the most love are: Zelda 1, A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Breath of the Wild. That's 7 "top tier" games, if you want to call them that.

Story is a big part - would be remiss to spoil it, it's best experienced firsthand - but also it's just a very fun game. It borrows little mechanical bits and gameplay cues from all three of the Zeldas that came before it, then it adds its own little flourishes, and the end result is just very cool.

It just gets overshadowed by a) being in a series stuffed with very fun games, many of which are some mix of more expansive/immersive/ambitious/polygonal, and b) it doesn't have, for reasons I've never been able to fully comprehend, the same nostalgia factor that its other pre-OOT Zelda contemporaries do.

Probably a little biased as well because I played it as a kid. OG cart on an OG Game Boy.

Link's Awakening was my first Zelda but I also love it for being "the weird one".

Like Majora's Mask is the dark and creepy one, but Link's Awakening will have you going "well, that happened" a lot.

1) Wind Waker
2) Link's Awakening
3) Majora's Mask

Wind Waker is at the top since I love the charm of the game and I like going around the overworld, especially in the HD remake which made the process more streamlined. Link's Awakening I liked the atmosphere of the game and it was a great first step into the portable games for me. Finally, Majora's Mask also has a great atmosphere and it has some memorable quests and dungeons to it.

Speaking of Zelda, this reminds me that I need to finish BotW, I keep getting distracted.

Okay, here are my brief answers:
  1. She's more awesome than I initially anticipated... that being said... in my opinion her fate was pretty abruptly being executed. Not gonna say what happened to her because that's spoiler territory to the main game.
  2. Pretty my same response of the 1. , and it's even more a shame that she's a main protagonist (sort of) of Torna DLC, yet how she ended was abrupt and tragic.
  3. Same above...
  4. If you are talking about the main cast, she is probably #3 behind Morag and Addam.
  5. This one is tough to answer ESPECIALLY if you include the rare Blades... if you exclude the rare Blades though, she's still #3.
  6. I have pull out a wild card here and say... Addam is a much more better character as a protagonist than Lora and Rex, or even Shulk. Yes yes guys I get that Addam is not the main protagonist of Torna DLC... But hey I think that most people in Xenoblade community can overall agree that Addam is a better character than the three main protagonist right?
Now, here's something that I wanted to talk about, but haven't...
Overall I agree most with OJ and they are all pretty good expectations and not really too personal when it comes to his wish for unconfirmed XC3. I definitely want to see mechs,

That being said I want to add more of my own personal "Hot take" wishes for XC3 that I am sure that most people will have issues with, so... here we go:
  • Anime style: Yep, here I go with the biggest hot take but hear me out. I aware that anime style has been well... pretty mixed when it comes to the gaming community in general and heck even a bit in the XC community. For me personally I just found anime style not only just being my cup of tea but also more expressive compare to past XC games. Yeah sure the cutscene in XC1 were still good but the character expression just never look right on my part. Next... a bit related, but also not related...
  • Okay-amount of fanservice (and "waifus"...): Whoa hold up there before railing me on this one, I'm NOT saying like the next Xenoblade has to be like DOA Extreme or Senren Kagura or something. All I want to say is that I hope the next Xenoblade can have some moments where there are some fansericey jokes as long as it doesn't ruin the story flow, and have designs like XC2 where some characters look hot and great personality
  • Female main protagonist: I bet this will again be divided, or not since we already have Torna DLC where Lora is the main protagonist. That being said, I really hope the next Xenoblade we can have female main protagonist and hope she can be a more better character than Rex, Lora, and heck even Shulk.
  • "Rakuen Tsuiho" Xenoblade? : Yeah... I get that it's impossible that Monolithsoft will just simply adapt a story setting from another media and make it into a Xenoblade game... but for me I'm actually not just okay but also hope they do this. Instead of just making a new set of story and setting from scratch I do want to see Monoltihsoft co-making with another popular studio and mae a Xenoblade spinoff game that's inspired from another media. Like Rakuen Tsuiho (Expelled from Paradise) which was a CGI anime move that Saitou was involved in, and with the settings in the movie it just makes me excited what if the movie was made into an open world game and has Xenoblade gameplay?
  • Please Monolithsoft, I want more Sawano: Okay, I get it... Hiroyuki Sawano's tracks in XCX overall...weren't too good. BUT, what I think it's a pity is that they weren't Sawano's best (If you go and check other tracks from other albums, man it made me want to mod XCX and put this Sawano track to the game, replacing the infamous NLA theme) thus a lot of Xenoblades dislike the idea if Sawano handling any Xenoblade game's music. For though I think on the contrary, I want Sawano to return making tracks for the next STORY DRIVEN Xenoblade (Not linear story like X), and then you will have the same feeling when you are watching/playing AoT or Kill La Kill when playing that Xenoblade game.
  • Steampunk Xenoblade? No long explaination I guess, I somewhat want a Xenoblade game that has a consistent style like XCX, but in Steampunk style.

    So yeah, these are my thoughts at this point. Now I really need feedbacks. What you guys want in the oisdivly next Xenoblade Chronicles game?

That's what it says but it might just be the video quality making it look that way. In the screenshots I took he's grey or something? Grey-blue? Like a blue-storm grey kind of...idk.

As long as he gets whiter I’ll be fine...also...looking at these pictures reminds me of how much I prefer Sonic’s pose in Ultimate over his Smash 4 one (probably the worst of the three)

1) Great character stuck in a game with mediocre writing

2) Yes.

3) Also yes.

4) Nia>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Morag>Hugo>Zeke>Poppi>Pandoria>Brighid>Lora. So about 8th in my top 10.

5) She doesn't make it to top 10 anyway, I think Nia, Morag, and Hugo might be the only XC2 characters to still rank.

6) Shulk gets this free, not even a contest.
