There's nothing special you need to know about photoshop, the thumbnail placement is a design choice, an odd choice, which makes it seems like we might get another stage to fill the empty spot.

Hmm, OK, that circle looks weird, but why are they trying to hide a stage instead of just announcing both of them at the same time, maybe the stage will be very related to the next DLC character.
Something like Gangplank Galleon, Lor Starcutter, Rainbow Curse stage, Hyrule Warriors stage, Star Fox Zero stage, Metal Gear stage, Golden Sun stage, ORAS stage... I don't know.

To be fair, it's actually a good theory. I'd believe that was the case more if we didn't have 2 weeks before update, since that timeframe can be as simple as stretching out the reveals.

Of course if this has no character then I riot so I'm on #TeamOptimism

as much as it would be fun to see, it, I doubt it severely because the artstyle seems to be mostly based on SS, which is NOT bad, but what is the redundancy with the paper mario stage.

A TTYD, pm64 or spm one?
