I just realized I never got the code for that free Donkey Kong game that was supposedly given to people that bought certain games up until the 6th and registered online

I feel jipped

I don't know why Nintendo decided to limit the number of times you could play a 3DS demo though, seems kind of unnecessary.
It's supposedly there to prevent people from only playing the demo instead of playing then buying. But in context, yes it's unnecessary. Seriously, most people play the demos once or twice at best, so what's the point?

I recommend the eshop game "guman clive"

It's really short, but it only cost a dollar something.

It's definitely worth the price.

It's got an interesting art style with retro gameplay

I took your word for it and I've really enjoyed it. $2 for something I'll play probably like ~20 hours isn't bad at all.

I recommend Kid Icarus Uprising as your next game, MK7 is fun but it doesn't really show as much off as KIU

I recommend Resident Evil. Very solid. I think it does better than some of what Nintendo has to offer.

I'm just gonna stick with my FE recommendation. I borrowed both KI and RE from a friend, and I didn't much care for either of them.

However, you should probably just get the games that you like, and that interest you.

I'll also recommend Kid Icarus. It came thisclose to being my favorite game of last year.

Just as long as you realize what your getting.

It doesn't really have replay value, and is short

I didn't realize what I was getting. It's not bad, but I still wouldn't have got it if I knew

Fire Emblem.

If you haven't played them yet, Tales of the Abyss and Devil Survivor are pretty decent ports. I also really enjoyed Virtue's Last Reward, Code of Princess, Professor Layton, and Theatrhythm. From the eShop, Liberation Maiden.

From the shop, Liberation Maiden and Crimson Shroud.

For 3DS retail: Resident Evil, Metal Gear, Ocarina of Time, Mario Kart, Fire Emblem, and my personal favorite, Monster Hunter 3G.

Etrian Odyssey IV demo is up.

A dungeon crawling turn based JRPG where you have to draw your own map, it's not going to be for everyone, but if it's your thing then go get it. :3

Your character's levels will max out at 10, but you should be able to transfer your data to the full game when it comes out.

The demo has 30 uses.

Virtue's Last Reward if you've played 999.

Fire Emblem is pretty awesome, too! :D.

I give up on Fire Emblem. No one has it. Walmart isn't going to carry it. At least no Walmart near me.

Gamestop doesn't have it, Target doesn't have it - Isn't going to carry it.

I don't know about Best Buy because it's too far away.

Nintendo just doesn't want me to have it

You can always download it from the eShop if you can't find it anywhere. =]

I got mine from a target o-o.

Gamestop didn't have enough copies for the people that pre-ordered it. I heard they weren't getting enough until today I think.

Check again next week. The results will probably be completely different.

eShop it if nothing else works.

Downloaded Fire Emblem from the eshop because I am a smart cookie.

So far, I have been loving it. It is definitely good for killing time. The one thing I like is that if someone dies, you can just go to the home menu, and go right back. No more turning off my console, and waiting for it to restart.

GBA had soft reseting and so did the gamecube...

(Seriously one of the best things ever included into these systems was the universal reset input)

In comparison, the wii takes forever to reset :/

Fire Emblem: Awakening is the best game released for the 3DS so far imo quickly followed up by Virtue's Last Reward.

And Mario Kart 7 was unexpectedly good.

IF you can find it.

I'm still looking. It's sold out online, and most stores never carried it in the first place.

Gamestop didn't even get enough games for the people that preordered it, and didn't get those until 2 weeks after it was released

Mario Kart 7 is good.
Kingdom Hearts 3D is good if you're a Kingdom Hearts fan, cant play and enjoy it if you didnt play the whole series so don't try.

I got the Fire Emblem 3DS bundle (By far the coolest looking 3DS, btw) with the Fire Emblem new game installed onto it.

Haven't played it though yet, my backlog for games is big right now and I don't like to start several games, I'd prefer to just beat them one at a time.

Playing Ni No Kuni and Pokemon Black 2 currently (Lol yes just finally got it)

Then have DMC and Fire Emblem to go through.

While still playing games like League of Legends/etc XD

L+R+Start gives you a soft reset on the 3DS too.

Wel,l since North America is doing eShop sales with one game a week, there's one game I'm thinking of getting from the sale: Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword (Hana Samurai: Art of the Sword in Europe). I've been hearing the gameplay is similar to the Punch-Out!! games (a series I really love). With all that said, it this game worth buying or should I skip it?

Sakurai Samurai is worth the purchase, but it's replay value is kind of minimal.

Anyway, I can't wait for HarmoKnight and Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger. The latter has squid assassins!
