Just checked Steam; Seems like individual fighters and their stages go for $5 USD a pop. There's also a season pass containing Jenny, Hugh, and Rocko for $12.

I imagine now that Jenny has confirmed frederator properties are all good to go too, we will see Timmy Turner for sure, so Imagine that Timmy and Jimmy will be DLC revealed together, as sort of a homage to the Timmy Jimmy Power Hour specials
