That's a good point, but I'm just saying that on paper, this might be the most dangerous team since TO was there. TO, McNabb, Dawkins, Westbrook, LJ Smith, Jevon Kearse (I think), Sheldon Brown and Lito Sheppard (both pro bowl corners at the time.) That team had shut down corners, good receiving corp, good QB, RB, and pretty good d-linemen and linebackers. It's just unfortunate they ran up against the Patriots in the Super Bowl and the controversial McNabb being too tired to do a 2 min drill.

But yeah, this team is stacked minus their linebacker group.

Yeah pretty much dead on here. Talent wise, they have the ability to win it all, but they need to keep gelling better and better and stick with the plan and execute.

Also, Reid needs to keep running the football. McCoy is too good not to give him the ball at least 20 times a game.

I enjoy being a Patriots fan.

And not a "**** YEAH THE PATS ARE GOD OMG!!!1!!!11!" fan or a "**** THE PATRIOTS I HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL" fan.

Sorry But I'm close to the latter one you listed. Not Quite the burn in hell level though. They were my most disliked team for a while, but recently that's gone to baltimore, because thats who i'm supposed to not like the most since they are the Steeler's biggest rival.

Tery is so salty.

And he'll be even more so in two weeks.

Damn right I'm saying the Jets will win.

More like I laugh so much every time I read someone praising the Pats like they're God or hoping they go to hell like Satan.

You're the latter, obviously. :troll:

If one of the best days of your life revolves sitting in front of a TV watching people obliterate each other, that's pretty sad.

Oh, you're American. Nevermind! :awesome:

Yeah I do. Consider a sport I enjoy playing personally, then watching said sporting event on the highest stage (the Super Bowl) with my closest friends, all of us rooting against the Pats except that one guy (because there's always that one guy), and having a great time doing it while enjoying such a tense game, then yes, I can consider that one of the best days of my life.

And if you understand the historical context of going undefeated in the NFL, then it would definitely mean more.

In my defense, you missed my initial exaggeration on "best day of my life." I tend to say that and "worst day of my life." in a liberal manner.

I made so much off of the Giants winning that day. I made anti-Patriots t-shirts and sweaters. Was pretty cool.

Also, I hate the Pats and hope they burn because I'm a Colts fan and it's what I do, since there's no other team in the conference worthy of a rivalry.

Chargers don't count because they'll never win anything important.

Oh god this. It's like the go to team for people that don't actually watch football. I'm not quite a burn in hell Patriots kind of person, but watching them lose is one of the few pleasures a Bucs fan like myself can indulge in.

I'm sick of games getting blacked out because we're so bad.

You'll find no bigger go-to team than the Cowboys, especially in Texas >_>

Man.

I could open a McDonalds with all this salt, Tery.

Jets playing at home? That game is in the bag, for sure.

This season must be an eye opener for you.

If the Colts get the first pick of the draft...I wonder if they will trade an old and coming off neck surgery Manning...or trade Luck for some upgrades and get a few more years out of Manning.

Not really. This is kind of exactly what I expected. There's a reason Manning gets paid so much and has as many MVPs as he does.

Though I also expect Manning to come out of the hospital in the middle of the fourth and lead a 43-point comeback over the Pats while still in his hospital bed.

Pats losing the Super Bowl to the Giants. One of the best days of my life.
My 3rd favorite super bowl minus the 2 pittsburgh has won in the past few years. I can never not like the giants because of it. I may cheer against them if they are facing the steelers, but I still like the franchise.

Rofl, listening to the 1st and 10 podcast...topic gets to the 49ers being ranked 2 on the Power Rankings...they disregard it in about 5 minutes and go back to talking about Tebow.

No respect.

Man.

I have a friends who is also a Bills fan.

You'd think he'd be humble considering how they've been doing last couple of years. Yeah, I understand being a fan, but he shouldn't be trash talking like he is.

I'm a Jets fan, but unlike the typical one, I never trash talk.

Ugh. This doesn't feel good because I'm the one who's nervous . . .

First, this for lolz

Anyone see this College Football play? Good lord, I was pissed after watching this.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDEHflpbzko

I understand it's a bang bang play, but to me, he looked like he was show boating after the play, and on the sidelines. Then he decided to be baby after he got ejected...smh

You consider that trash talking?

I'm spittin' facts, bro. FACTS.

Anyway - pivotal game for the Jets tomorrow. I think moreso for the Jets than Bills because the season won't get any easier for them and this is the competition they'll be seeing throughout, really. Moreover now that we are entering the second half of the season.

I am so nervous. Nervous. I am getting wrecked by them, alone.

Pivotal game?

Try Steelers and Ravens on Sunday night.

Steelers coming in as the top seed in AFC and 6-2

Ravens coming in 5-2 and up 1-0 in the series.

This game is crucial for pittsburgh to stay the top seed , have the best chance of winning arguably the best division in the AFC this year (Steelers 6-2, Ravens 5-2, Bengals 5-2, Browns 3-4), and to avoid a sweep, which could be disastrous later unless baltimore implodes.

Baltimore needs this for the sweep and have the tie breaker if they wind up with the same record as Pittsburgh.

I feel pittsburgh has the advantage for a few reasons:
-Playing at Heinz Field
-The *** whooping they got game 1 is going to make them want blood
-Ben and the steeler's offense have been on fire the past couple weeks
-Joe Flacco and the raven's offense haven't been so hot the past couple weeks.

What makes this all the more interesting is that Pittsburgh and Baltimore and finishing their series tomorrow, yet neither have played Cincinnati or Cleveland at all yet. Imo that's ****ty scheduling, but I know the Steelers face the bengals twice in 4 weeks and the browns twice in 4. Like really?

Really hoping Tampa can pull another win out of the Saints.
But if they win, they sweep the Saints and are now the leaders of the division. And on a plus side, the Saints would go 5-4 which isn't very good at this point in the season.

Anyways, maybe Dallas can actually win another game. Seattle hasn't been that impressive besides their win over the Giants. Hopefully Dallas can get back up to a .500 record.

Zio, both your team and the bills need to learn to not turn over the ball....

Your game's on in my area, and the amount of turnovers are laughable.

Only reason Redskins got a FG in the first half was because a tipped pass happen to go to a Redskins RB for 20 yards -_-.

Started Vincent Jackson...because I had no one else to start.

My losing streak is over thanks to Marshawn Lynch, V-Jax, and Jordy Nelson.
