Hey, sorry if this question has already been asked before, or if the answer is obvious, but I figured it's better to be safe than sorry (and I'm also new to SmashBoards, oof). Are we allowed to use any of these fan made icons freely so long as credit is given?

I hate to ask two questions in one comment, but may I also request a stock icon of Vile/Vava from Mega Man X? I'd prefer the Maverick Hunter X design (only changed a little bit from the original MMX design but that V on his helmet makes a world of difference) shown below, but I wouldn't mind whatever design you all go with.

I think this is a great idea, considering that Smash Bros is for video game characters, and the 4th party meme characters like Gollum, Steve Harvey, and Zoe Trent should be in a separate list.
