There’s actually not a whole lot of games I’m excited about right now, Pokemon Sword and Shield is what I’m really looking forward to, and I can always go play some Final Fantasy and Resident Evil games again when I’m ready, so I find that helps with coping with disappointment and not getting too mentally invested in Smash.

I suggest you to play Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, DQXI S, Astral Chain and Undertale!

I don't think they hint towards a character. If they do, why would the costumes be revealed alongside Terry and not Doomguy or Geno? Why would they be available now?

Keep in mind, Mii costumes and Characters take months to make so the Mii costumes could be finished before the character they're represented with are finished. I mean characters have to their trailer introduction, classic mode route as well as other things that could take months prior to their reveal.

Morrigan is really fun in every crossover she is in!

My favourite Darkstalkers character is Baby Bonnie Hood, but the rest of the cast in that franchise is pretty much really creative and awesome!

I’m aware of some of these games but I haven’t played them, so I could definitely look into playing some of them like DQXI S and Undertale. I feel the need to play more RPGs instead of competitive games tbh.

I meant like, games that already have representation in Smash. What about Sakurai’s new worlds statement and all that? Also how do you think that would work with games like Final Fantasy? Different Final Fantasy games have different worlds most of the time.

Literally one of the characters we're speculating here is another Mario character whose already represented in the base game along with other references to his game.

This is fascinating. There are too many issues for it to be probably real or fake, but the strangest thing to me is that these costumes are revealed and what they could mean. Like, why show off some Mii costumes and not Terry??

I don't think they hint towards a character. If they do, why would the costumes be revealed alongside Terry and not Doomguy or Geno? Why would they be available now? Also, the use of Ken is super suspicious - the person "leaking" this video knows their audience too much. Those two characters? A reference to the Ken leak? Suspicious. Plus in the Ken leak the timer read 02:30, not 2:30.

It could be that we are getting the return of the full Geno costume, a Mallow costume, a Doomguy costume, and a Cacodemon costume.

I don't know. Things are weird. Obviously I'm holding out hope for my most-wanted til the very end, but this is super interesting and very exciting. I'm more on board with either Geno or Doomguy now that I've somehow lucked out and gotten Terry so no complaints here if those come true but there's too much that's giving me pause for me to really commit either way right now.

Anyway, even after all this, we have an indeterminate amount of characters incoming so who knows what cool **** could be in the pipeline.

If we're weighing in on THAT leak now, I suppose I could throw my hat in the ring. I have no strong feelings about it either way in regards to its legitimacy. It has fair arguments for and against it being real, and since this is a leak, I'm recommending that everyone take the guilty until proven innocent approach and not take it with ANY definite validity until damning evidence comes out. As always, hype responsibly.

Are you all sure that they are 100% confirmed? If so, you wouldn't tell me that future DLC were coming. So if you still knew that this was skeptical, you wouldn't have jumped straight to the conclusion.

The leak can be real, but at the same time Doomguy and Geno could be Mii costumes.

Unless the person behind the leak comes out to show gameplay of Doomguy and Geno as fighters, the possibility of both being Mii costumes is still strong.

Those statements are way too vague to be taken as a legitimate deconfirmation.

I don't take breaks. I care a lot about this game.

Though my stance that I have no faith in future DLC is clear.

I want the Smash dlc to be inclusive to female characters because I prefer playing female characters and there's a lot of potential options for female characters that would really excite me. Based on that, since you're so wise maybe you can tell me if my "heart" is truly in it.

Yes, so long as you can give an example on a female character who can bring in something cool to Smash (gimmick? moveset? fighting style?). Being inclusive to female characters is in itself not good enough; I want to see you burn with passion for your choice.

So it’s more a “what scenario are we in” type of deal.
As for me, I’m still clinging onto hope that Reimu makes it in.
