I don't really have headcanons for Smash characters but Dante & Bayo being Joker's "parents" is also one of my favorite ones that took offWhile Dante has definitely a lot of material and possibilities for a moveset, that doesn't mean he will get everything he has in his games if he gets into Smash. I mean, Bayonetta also uses multiple weapons and she doesn't have any in Smash beyond her signature guns.
It will depend in how Sakurai decides to approach Dante, assuming he's in. Maybe he believes that his sword and his guns are enough to represent the basics of Dante (with a Smash moveset it's very difficult to cover everything he has), and he decides to focus in other things instead, like Devil Trigger, which would probably be the potential gimmick of Dante easier to translate into Smash.
I mean, in my headcanon it's pretty obvious. People always have talked about Dante and Bayonetta making a crossover, and with both being big hack n slash characters, it's a natural thing. Plus both characters were created by Kamiya.
The funny thing is that Bayo would probably be the dominant in their relationship, while there's a constant meme of Dante not knowing what is sex, which is funny when you think of Bayo's attitude and all lol
Also. Joker LITERALLY uses Rain Storm in Smash Ultimate. which is a Dante move, reinforcing my headcanon lmao. Bad quality gif incoming:

Nintendo would not - in the scenario Disney attempts to buy them - be subject to super-stringest rules, but the Japanese government would likely be eyeing that very carefully and intervening if they thought the buy-out was "too much". It's worth noting that JP Morgan Chase owns ca. 8 % of Nintendo's shares - Nintendo's shares are intentionally super-divided. Sony however, is in that "stringest" category, probably because its still a multi-media presence within Japan. SNK would probably not fall into either "stringest" or "non-core" categories.

I'm not sure if I understand the point here. Looking at the screenshot, the issue that's being said about Sora isn't that Disney is worried about Sora's image, the issue is that the licensing costs may be more then what Nintendo's willing to pay. Those toys looking bad don't change that issue, it just means they paid a lot of money for some bad looking toys.

I’m not too sure if that’s the reason. I think Disney is trying to consolidate the parks into solely having Disney IPs (besides something irreplaceable like Tower of Terror), it’s probably a reason they replaced The Great Movie Ride which featured movies from every major studio.

If the amiibo restock is an indicator for the next amiibo date, certainly! If we're counting the amiibo restock date on its own, just like min-min... imo... I think there'd be so many exceptions that the theory is probably dead at that point. But again, we will see.

Disney is incredibly stubborn because they want to ensure that all of their properties are handled accurately and does not conflict with their image or their properties' images. They want things to be accurately represented, and thus they want things done their way.
