You make a good point, but I want to ask something. How exactly is Three Houses and Paper Mario in the same position?

I understand Spirits don't confirm, no duh, but Three Houses didn't have Spirits in the base game. This would be another ARMS situation, not a Three Houses one, where they would take preexisting Spirits and then add new ones for the DLC event.

I just got off the phone with Kensuke Tanabe, he said he isn’t going to allow a Paper Mario Origami King spirit event because beating them would potentially allow players’ spirits to gain EXP.

**** could happen for any other series, by that logic we should be dumping Gen 8 Pokemon out the window. Paper Mario is just in a sea of others just like him. They're orbiting around him solely for the release time.

I'm just glad that after the Warframe spirit was added to the black spirit event, this blue event didn't pull something like "For a limited time, the Spirit Board will be filled with blue spirits, including the NEW Phoenix Wright spirit from the Ace Attorney series!"

I'm personally not buying a Gen 8 Pokemon because of the event. Why release those Spirits if they'll just be part of the board later? It doesn't make sense, especially since they were released a couple weeks after Terry's DLC. It would have to have been planned around the same time as FP2, so I doubt they'd have Spirits for something that'll just come later.
