To be honest, I have to re-read that segment before I tell you my feelings on it. I have insulted my fair share of people as scum, however I would say that it is an unlikely scum tactic. The same goes for self-voting. If you go by the adage of Occam's Razor it is that the simplest conclusions are often the correct ones. Therefore, I consider it as a town tell due to the fact that reactions at L-1 tend to be reliable for the day. I'll comment sometime tomorrow about Werekill. It's getting late and I haven't really digested everything at the moment. At the moment I have a town read on SW and one on Panta, however it is dependent on how reliable the dumb tell is from #294. I have Zen as null due to his lack of activity and have mixed feelings about him leading a bandwagon, even though I agree with the principle behind the Pheonix lynch. I have you (Kooz) as null-town. I am okay with a lynch on Pheonix|Budget Player Cadet|gargaglione for today.

I have the same reasoning (that I had in #468).

I never really intended to lynch Pheonix toDay. I just wanted to establish more connections before the end of the day. Seeing who chose who out of the two was good for that. Though I don't think Panta has posted, but oh well.

Again, that doesn't really answer how her early play reminded you of something you thought she'd get lynched for. It also doesn't answer where you think the lynch should be going toDay.

Okay. I will re-read for the "interaction" you were talking about. But I did find it weird how you phased out SM from that read and wanted to ask you about it. Regarding the second paragraph, I think she could have been lynched for it because she wasn't agreeing to follow everyone else and place an initial vote to get reactions. Much like many aspects in this game, refusing to fit into the collective ideology of town can merit a lynch on any occasion. In particular this holds true for a newbie game where IC players can dictate what should be proper play and not following such play can be misconstrued as a scum tell. I've witnessed many mislynches on EM for creating friction or resisting collective opinion.

In my opinion, we should lynch one of my null tells. As stated previously I am okay with a lynch on Pheonix|Budget Player Cadet|gargaglione. I'll do re-reads tomorrow and try to do isolated reading. I do not have a strong impulse lynch at the moment. My apologies~

That's my thing. He went with anything that seemed like they were going to get lynched without really offering any of his own opinions besides what's already been said. I'm gonna have to do a re-read though, which I'll probably do in the morning.

Yeah it was only really meant to use the last of our time. Connections can only really be looked back on later in the game.

BPC do you think it is more optimal to lynch him today due to complete inactivity or to wait until someone fills his slot (assuming he isn't modkilled) and then observe how he behaves? Also could you elaborate on "somewhat innocent." There is somewhat of a switch between your last post and this one. Mind explaining the change of heart?

I'm answering that question you asked a bit earlier in the game about my reasoning of wanting to lynch Pheonix. Well, you're asking if there's any other reason besides inactivity... To be honest, there kind of isn't, but I believe his inactivity does justify my vote on him. Werekill, even though suspicious, at least contributes to the game. Contributing automatically makes Werekill more worthy in remaining in the game than Pheonix. That's just how I see it, I didn't just blindly jump on the wagon without any thought, as most of you believe from what I'm reading...

By the way, do you mind answering my question? I would love to know what a flip would reveal.

A scum flip would clear 3 players and incriminate another pretty heavily. A town flip would clear 2 players and give me a few general leads as to where I want to go toMorrow. Again if we were switching off you we'd be switching to find scum, not hunt inactives/look for people with connections. I suggest you make finding scum your #1 priority right now.

If Pheonix flips town what reads will you get on the other players?
If Pheonix flips mafia how will that change your reads on the other players?

Are you going to go by vote count. I.E. If Pheonix flips scum then players who voted for him will considered as town and vice versa? I'm just curious because a town/scum flip on Pheonix really doesn't give me much on other players tbqh. However I wouldn't want someone like Pheonix in lylo, however if he finds a replacement then that would be another story. Also there is the possibility that he could be a PR. Which again we won't know until after today's flip.

Kooz and I both have town reads on both Panta & SW. Based on Kooz's #442 I think later day Panta is incredibly better than earlier day Panta where he tries to buddy up to Kooz|Zen when they have been reading null to me all game. What do you think of Panta's #294 out of curiosity:

Re-reading my #533 for my town reads on SangfroidWarrior. I haven't really elaborated on mid-game, but it seems like he was actively trying to figure things out when Kooz explained how it is possible that one scum is among you|Pheonix. Usually grasping and understanding concepts is a town tell. Also not understanding certain things that scum would know as in Panta's case comes across as a dumb tell to me. If there is a cop/deputy then I would prefer a check on Kooz/Zen.
