They had a list up when they first released the rankings, but then scrapped it for several reasons. It was made by the wrong panelists and had a player on it that wasn't even from the region.

So are we sticking to the date? If no one has any problems that is. PC definitely should be a panelist, considering he knows his facts.
By the way Bailey, you remember what happened last time you put a sample list. Just leave it blank until we actually finish it.
