New Smash Bros for WiiU

Dixie Kong is the most likely of the Forbidden 7 outside of Mewtwo/Roy because she is the only one of them that actually is a very important character within her own series (though Doc can also be argued) and is actually popularly requested by the Smash Bros. fanbase worldwide.

However, the one character I am crossing my fingers for the most is none other than Ridley. I have been anticipating a playable Ridley in Smash Bros. for over 11 years. For all of this time, Ridley has always been my number one most wanted character for Smash Bros. Practically every character that I wanted in, has gotten in as of Brawl. Really, if Ridley and Mega Man were to be confirmed in a Smash 4 unveil trailer, my most wanted characters for Smash 4 would be Mewtwo and Roy, characters whom have already been playable in Smash Bros.

I never disputed that Dixie is likely, just not excessively so because of her cut status alone.

I am quite sure that Ridley will be the first newcomer revealed if we do receive a trailer. He's a great cinematic character to show off, and is a popular request who is sure to cause a buzz in the crowds, as he did during the Melee trailer shown at E3 2001 (?).

What about the mechanic that, when playing magikarp, rare candy spawns on the stage. If magikarp lives long enough and collects a certain amount he gets a "Final Smash"-esque attack such as quickly evolving and using Hyper Beam or Dragon Rage.

However, others can collect them as well, healing them a tiny amount. Not to mention Magikarp doing little but flailing around

In an attempt to make a more sensible roster, I did go back to my last roster image and scrap the 3rd parties, along with a couple filler characters. The roster below has a total of 54 characters when transformations are not applied.

Olimar is smaller than a Custom Robo or Chibi-Robo, so there is no issue there.

It seems like whenever people remove third party characters out of the roster equation their Nintendo replacements usually end up being stupid choices that Sakurai has already expressed hesitancy implementing, or characters he simply will not choose.
