To keep it from being impossible, the custom race to finish has to be beaten with one character by the creator.

Does Sonic really need a reboot now? I know for the last decade he had been going downhill with people saying his games were awful. But his last 3 games have been picking up more speed and were very good. Sonic is coming back now so I don't see why they want to reboot. Enless, they want a reboot in order to have a fresh start with new Sonic games that wont be bad.

They could always, you know, just implement the new ideas without erasing everything except Silver and Sonic 06. "IT'S NO USE"

DB vs Naruto like PS3 vs 360 is a rivalry entirely made up by the fans of their respective franchises. Sega and Nintendo had an actual REAL rivalry and to see that end on a whimper by Nintendo ultimately owning Sega and Sonic would be really upsetting to Sega fans

And Mario and Sonic is different because that's about the two series finally coming together to compete against each other, something both Nintendo/Mario and Sega/Sonic fans alike have always wanted to see. The problem isn't them WORKING TOGETHER, it's them becoming property of Nintendo. We'd still support and love for Sonic and Sega even in that case, we're just stating our disapproval of the possibility of Sega being owned by Nintendo

sheik's ocarina design fits rather well with skyward sword's look, so that could work, but a new design wouldn't be bad either. ganondorf looked best in twilight princess IMO, so maybe do a slightly simplified version of that to gel with the SS look; or else, use his Ocarina design too.

as far as a younger link, what if they went the Wario route? call the character young link, but have a set of toon link versions in addition to his regular six.

But to further express my point, to have both companies do a call-out to one another show that it's not only fanbase deep. Reverse the roles, if Sega bought Mario (which I would hate them for that too) Mario and Nintendo fanboys would hate it.

I think giving characters a completely different skin to represent a lesser character would be great. Daisy for Peach, Dr Mario for Mario, Pit and Dark Pit etc would be great. Give them the voice but make it purely cosmetic, as long as no real attributes of the character are changed I think it is a fantastic idea.

As much as I would love this, I think the likelihood is low...

All Brawl is quite simple. It's a variation of a tourney were the ruleset is Brawl at default settings and FFA.

It's serious trust me, money goes into the event like any other tourney event.

Tingle has only been in some of the Toon games as is. In fact, his Toon games are Minish Cap and Wind Waker. His non-Toon games are Oracle of Ages and Majora's Mask. I don't know what kind of game his actual own game is, though.

Read what Sakurai said again. "There were some they couldn't consider" This means that they wouldn't be in the game at all. Starfy doesn't fit that bill.

"Was highly requested" is a better phrase. His requests have died down since he wasn't in Brawl.

Cartoon Network Punch Time Exlposion XL has an alternate costume for every character. Many of which alter the face drastically. (Example, Billybot and Mandroid for Billy and Mandy, and Captain K'neecaps for Captain K'nuckles, which is actually more drastic, as it messes with the entire model.)

Why the hell do people want stupid *** characters like her? She played a minor role in 2 Zelda games and I'm not sure how big her role in Skyward Sword was, but I'm sure it wasn't a big enough role in it to be a playable character. It's the same thing with Geno, they both are minor characters in Nintendo's history...

Impa has quite a big role in Skyward Sword. And if it's not big, at least it's bigger than Sheik's original role, which showed no fighting potential at all. Impa did show fighting potential however, and her being recent ( and revived somehow in the series) is a huge advantage for her over Sheik. So before judging Impa, judge Sheik instead. Her only role in Zelda was very minor as well.
