Not less, just LESS ******** ones. You can still have your ****ty gimmick stages, I just want less.

Pirate Ship and Distant planet, for example, have their Gimmicks, but they aren't RIDICULOUS, unlike New Pork City, stretching the screen, and whatnot.

I hope we get like, 50% of the stages being BASIC, or more SIMPLE in terms of gimmicks, and then another 50% that are more out there. Maybe less out their stages even. Personally, I don't play on some of the Brawl stages because I don't like their PARTICULAR gimmick. So I would rather have at lest HALF of the stages be more SIMPLISTIC when we talk about gimmicks, or just have no gimmicks at all.

Personally, I don't have too many wishes for stages except bringing back and revamping the 64/Melee stages, a new type of stage for Metroid and Donkey Kong, and a new Sonic stage

Im not a competitive player, and I only own Brawl, and I still think some of Brawl's stages are ********. It's not just the competitive scene that doesn't like Warioware and Jungle Falls, they suck.

They were decently close, TLS haveing 40% of the votes, and Xeno having 60%.

Was Melee 2.0 even going to have new characters? I forget.

I bet all the reviews would have said "It's fun for a while trying out the new characters, but if you played Melee then it will all feel like same-old same-old. You won't miss much if you don't pick it up."

No, it was just gonna be an enhanced port with online.

Yeah, I think the online issue is mostly blown out of proportion though. Seeing as how Kid Icarus: Uprising is being handled I have a little more optimism that Sakurai is going to advance Super Smash Bros online infrastructure. If I were able to make one recommendation to him I would take a page from Mario Kart Wii and Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom and be able to select regional or global opponents. That well help free up some of those problems.

Why stop there and go farther with what some other games have.

Include endless lobbies, downloading of replays (we kind of got this in Brawl), searching for team partners, etc. Oh, and we need to have it where we can set up our own matches with OUR item and random stage settings.

Which is why a Mario Galaxy stage must have a gravity gimmick.

I'm still trying to figure out how that one can work without being disorientating.

And I just want stages to be like Smash 64's: feel like they were pulled out of their respective games minus the low res graphics. Add gimmicks only if they were actually there.

Are you saying he's the only Anthony and Impa supporter here? I actually DO support Impa, but only as a separate character.

I also support Waluigi before Toad, regardless of who should be in first. So no, what you're saying isn't really true. People will support exactly who they want, regardless of their chances.

Frankly, deserving is only Sakurai's opinion, and to be honest, he thinks Waluigi deserves to have full movement and an attack before Toad. Which is ridiculous, but hey, that's just how it is.

I think the most likely choice for Sonic is Tails. these guys are probably second most likely.

It has come to my attention that I have discovered something about myself.


I really don't give a **** about clones, as long as they make sense. So yeah, bring back Dr. Mario, pl0x Sakurai. I don't care if he has his own slot, just bring him back so I can be a Dark Doctor of Death again.

@Pippy: Knuckles and Shadow won't be clones, even if it makes sense. They have much more than spinning.
