It would be interesting if they could work Samus's Power Bomb into her downB. They could make it so that you can only use one Power Bomb per stock, and you have to smash the DownB input like you do with Super Missiles. It would be powerful, but since its for one stock each, it should be used wisely.

That would be an interesting idea. I'd love Power Bombs, even with the unique 1 bomb per stock element.

Though I think it would be cool if you just held down be to charge a power bomb, and did the imput quickly for normal bombs. And use as many as you would like.

If Donkey Kong got any new moves I know many of us would want his barrel roll and if not that maybe being able to throw a barrel. I wonder how people would feel if he got a Dedede or Peach element thrown in? Randomly one of those TNT Barrels would pop out giving it a bombomb or goro affect.

yes, either change side B to the DK Barrel Roll, or change the running A move to it like Diddy's Cartwheel.

And I don't hate Krystal, I just don't like her in every game save for Adventures (she was cool in that). It makes no difference to me whether she gets in or not since she WOULD most likely be a unique character

It's not really a hassle to include them in the story, games with a story mode and customizable characters have done it before

In relation to my story mode idea (see what I'm doing here?):

The Miis live on Wuhu island and in Mii Town (or whatever you want to call the place in "Wii" games that isn't Wuhu Island). These places are under siege or whatever by an "evil" Mii (selected at random from your Mii collection), and the "hero" Mii is the one you select to correspond with your profile (if Miis are playable I easily see them being connected to player profile names so that selecting your Mii would be simple).

She's not a HORRIBLE choice, but as far as Star Fox goes, Krystal isn't really needed; Fox, Falco and Wolf would be just fine for the series

She's about as necessary as a second Sonic or Metal Gear character

The Wii U controller has basically all the functions of a traditional controller. It is super light and super comfortable as well. The only problem is that we are all so used to the GC controllers after a decade or so. But it really is a non-issue, the wii remote is one thing, the UPad is just a traditional controller with a few extra gadgets. And if you don't like that use the classic controller pro, works just as fine. As a matter of fact it will probably feel exactly the same aside from the sticks.

I'll admit The GC controller is fantastic except for more traditional fighting games, and Nintendo did say they expected that layout to become the standard all those years ago. Sad thing is no one wanted to go past Nintendo's SNES layout, so the standard is the diamond placed buttons. Deal with it.

Not sure if it was addressed a few pages back, but I just had to chime in. I guess people have to hold it first, but the button and stick layout is perfect for basically all games!

besides, it's better for them to make the adjustments to their system to successfully use multiple tablets instead of adding some wire ports for a 10 year old controller that will only be used for one game. how else will we get a FSA sequel?

The final part to Pit's story for the Kid Icarus Uprising OVAs was uploaded. Overall, I liked the second part the best of Pit's story. Now there are only three Kid Icarus Uprising OVAs left (Palutena's OVA 1, Palutena's OVA 2, and Medusa's OVA). Regardless of which one is next, we will be seeing a lot of either goddess hopefully soon.

He never specifically said anything about the rumor. He only said he "wasn't even thinking about Smash Brothers" after the rumor came out. Due note that it came around twice.

No SFA is not great. Its usually regarded as average. Also, I hated Krystal's presence in the games (especially in Command). She put in awkward plotlines and never fit in with the rest of the Star Fox team (Falco the saracstic rough rogue, Slippy the mechanic and rookey, and Peppy the long time veteran) I find scantily clad furries disgusting as well as most people do. Its just that there a lot of furries in the Smash community, so she is much more accepted on this site than people on other sites (just ask what they think about Krystal at NeoGAF and even GameFAQs does not like her). Most people think Star Fox has more than enough characters especially for a series that has been declining both quality and sales wise.

Also, there is the matter how Smash Bros. games usually base their content off of the most recent installment in games. Since Star Fox 64 3D is the most recent game in the series, Sakurai will base most of Star Fox's Smash 4 content on that release.

Metroid only needs one more character (Ridley). After that, Metroid is pretty much fine with its only playable characters for the future being Samus, ZSS, and Ridley. Heck, Metroid would not have needed any more playable characters if it was just Samus and Ridley.

Really where there is the most need for new playable characters are Donkey Kong and F-Zero. Kid Icarus might belong there too assuming Uprising is a huge hit. Mario also has a lot of popular character choices.

Personally, I think F-Zero is loaded with characters that would be great for Smash Bros. Its too bad that series gets barely any love though.

I personally think Mother, Star Fox, and Zelda are complete as far as characters go. For Zelda, its pretty much just going to be new one-shot characters introduced, and Tingle has pretty much just spun off into his own series and been relegated to hidden cameos in Zelda titles since Minish Cap.

As to the rest of the Uprising OVAs, there has been no announcement as to when the rest of them are being released.

Yeah. I wish the popularity of Star Fox and F-Zero were reversed. F-Zero at least has been far more consistent as far as quality goes. Aside from those five characters, I don't think there is anyone else from F-Zero that really stands out for playable status (I know Bio Rex has a few fans here, but in the games he is just another face in the crowd).

NEVER bring up Krystal around Chrono. He hates her and all furries. You'll just regret it, trust me.

Most of the Star Fox cast from the original and 64 is cool in my book. However, I definitely don't have kind thoughts toward the furry sexual deviancy and sexualized furries, as well as I don't like the characters from the Star Fox series introduced most-64.

There's just so much that could be done. I'm not saying they need to go crazy with the characters, but the sheer volume of good playable character material warrants that they get a decent amount of reps.

Also, was Pokemon Trainer also called "Pokemon Trainer" in all the other regions? I absolutely cannot stand the ambiguity of his current name. I don't care if he's not Red from the canon Gold/Silver story, just call him effing Red. Or anything, for that matter.

There are lots of people saying Krystal should be removed from the series if it gets rebooted, and she is definitely not an adored character. She probably has more hate than she has fans, and probably one of the few Nintendo characters that actually has a hatebase.
