And just like Zeus in the original, they probably end up doing less than Medusa or Palutena.

It would be cool though to get the training rooms back with more variety.

Remember Project M Lucario? Well, he finally has a page up. After reading this, what do you think of Smash implementing M-Lucario's mechanics?

I like the Aura Sphere charge idea. That's a PERFECT IDEA! I overall don't mind them removing the more damage taken = stronger moves system, either. I think this system of attacking more = a charged Aura Sphere is a much better system to "upgrade" Lucario throughout the battle. The rest I highly doubt we'll ever see.

Tbh after surround myself with both camps, I see the pros and cons of what Kuma preaches and what Chu/Toise preach.

I stay neutral on the whole thing unless it's something that interests me.

Also, more gods in Kid Icarus: Uprising=??? I knew, I JUST KNEW Sakurai was gonna hide some gems. Something tells me Hades might be the final boss...

You should look up Sean Malstrom. Sad thing is, you have people who believe the same stuff as he does, namely SmashChu.

Then again, remember that in the original myth, Poseidon frogged Medusa (prior to Athena turning her into a gorgon soon for being "fair" enough to attract a god), so we may get some sort of reference to that now.

I also see from your signature that you want Victini as a new Pokemon rep. I don't know much about the last few generations of Pokemon myself, so I thought maybe Zoroark would be a good replacement for Lucario. Mewtwo could be brought back, although I'd rather see new characters before him.

I'm the not the biggest supporter for Victini. I very much support him because he seems rather interesting to me and he seems visually enjoyable to play as in comparison to "Lucario 2.0" (I just see way too many similarities between Zoroark and Lucario). I don't mind Lucario returning; however, I rather not see Zoroark there at the same time as well.

Regardless, I still prefer Mewtwo over the two of them.

How so? Seeing how that roster is honestly better than like 95% of the rosters that people post on here, it's actually quite acceptable (maybe with the exception of King Hippo, and even then, Brawl had ROB).

So far only Johnknight has found the link, although I think Toise has as well.

Either way it was more based on the fact that he couldn't think of a possible moveset for Toad at the time, which may or may not matter now.

It was also before New Super Mario Bros. Wii which introduced things like the Ice Flower and Propeller Hat.

And why not? Size isn't an issue as Mewtwo to Kyurem would be a similar jump from DK to K. Rool or Samus to Ridley if both were in. (Except that canon-wise, Kyurem is only 3 feet larger...)

Kyurem is also the mascot of the 5th Generation sequels.

I personally think that Smash Bros. Universe roster has the possibility of being the real deal. It was extremely elaborate for a fake. Has there ever been anything done like this for other games (elaborate fakes). Also, why were all the images pertaining to it take down?

Also, when the images pertaining to the roster were leaked it was in late December, which was when Uprising's development was winding down (development for Uprising was completed in mid January).

I think if Smash 4 is unveiled at E3 2012 and there are no characters in the unveil that are not on the leaked roster, then we possibly have the real deal, especially if one of the first newcomers is unveiled is one of the more bizarre choices, like Sabure Prince.

Different situation. Brawl's Roster was leaked months before it came out.
We're talking a 4-5 year gap, as production didn't even start until recently.

If Sabure Prince is shown off at E3 2012, I am going to declare the Universe roster the real deal. However, I can see most people just writing it off as a coincidence and being in denial about it.

The question is since we would theoretically know all the newcomers before release, then there would be no need for speculation.

However, it would be really disappointing to me if Mewtwo and Roy don't come back. Also, I would prefer to see at least one of Toad and Dixie Kong get in. Mario not getting a newcomer makes no sense in light of Zelda getting one.

Still, I am very startled about how much detail was put into those documents. Even if they are fake, I shudder to think how much more elaborate future hoaxes will be when Smash Bros. is actually formally unveiled.

Seriously, though, get yourself some Layton games. Or at least watch Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva. I don't much like point-and-click adventures/mysteries and am (ironically) not a humongous fan of super eastern art styles, but Layton is my main man.

June 5-7, but I would not go in expecting anything from Sakurai. The earliest we will probably see anything out of the next two titles is during Nintendo's Fall Summit.

Hope they have a story where each character has there own reactions to things. Like run through with a different character for story and see how ppl react to him/her.
