They're just gonna make enougher bill again dude.
Alot of ppl in power were pushing for it, It was very surprising to get them talked down by the populace.
Also that bill that got passed without our notice that makes it so they can just nab someone for suspecting them and keeping them for a unspecfied amount of time is just wrong.
True that. Maybe the villain for SSB4's story mode should be the US Congress, lol. And throw in **** Cheney as an assist trophy to "accidently" shoot the players. ;)

Yeah, I've always wondered why Yoshi is the only one who has a different one. Although the shield technically has to be round in order for it to work.

I want the adventure mode in SSB4 to be more Nintendo related. Like instead of having random subspace enemies, they take enemies from all the series, like Goombas, Koopa Troopas, Octoroks, Kritters, Metroids, etc. Same with the bosses, they should take real bosses like Ganon and Mother Brain instead of making them from scratch.

I agree. I would like a group of Nintendo villains to be the main antagonists. No more of this "World of Trophies" stuff.

And having the platforming levels inspired by the many series. The first world would be the Mushroom Kingdom, with Mario enemies, after that you have Yoshi's Island and it's enemies. After, some jungle in Donkey Kong Island, then maybe Hyrule Field from Zelda, etc. Kind of like what they did in Melee's Adventure mode, but ten times more epic and with several cutscenes like in Brawl.

Yeah, if they mixed elements from Melee and Brawl it would be better. And something that always bothered me about the storyline in SSE is when Link and Yoshi fight Mario and Pit. Why is Yoshi fighting against Mario? They should try to stay true to the characters.

And maybe now that Sonic isn't a last minute inclusion we can get some Sonic levels in the story mode. Imagine the other characters trying to run through the loopdeloops, lol.

Yeah. And I'd want the cutscenes to have at least some texts for the characters, instead of keeping all of them silent. Except for characters that never talk, like Link.

Agreed. They did a pretty good job of making a story with no dialogue, but they could make an even better story with dialogue. Not all of the characters have to talk, but at least the ones that normally do should.

All this talk about Toon Ganondorfs, Midna, and all sort of Metroid characters while my main two characters I want in there: Impa and Anthony get ignored makes me feel I have a lot of work to do still. A lot. Of work. As in: I'll have to promote them more... :awesome:

Ah yeah, that's true. Are there any other retro characters that would be interesting? All I can think of is Balloon Fighter, Bubbles, Dr. Wright or Sheriff.

Duck Hunt Dog should just be an AT (like, a useless AT where he'll laugh at you for summoning him) or a background character in a Duck Hunt stage

Doesn't really need to be playable, kinda ruins the joke, IMO

Oh, and uh, Arcade, exploding and reforming >>>>>>> throwing ducks at an opponent

How about this for discussion: boxaaaaaart.

I liked the 2D awesome style of the box art for Brawl, but I don't know how they picked who got on the cover. Can we get a "class picture" snapshot of the starting roster for SSB4's boxart? And maybe make the cover reversible and put the whole cast on the other side for people who don't like spoilers?

Well, they are still both humanoid shaped. And if Zoroark does play like Wolf, than I think another Pokemon rep should be added instead. What would be best between Eevee, Deoxys, Victini, Meowth, the Team Rocket, or a Female Pokemon Trainer?
Eevee - I think this one would be good as a Pokeball Pokemon where it comes out of the ball and randomly evolves into one of seven known Eevee evolutions and attacks other players.

Deoxys - tough to say... it has four formes... but I don't want Down B to be changing formes... I would like it to change formes depending on what it is doing... Defense forme when it is shielding... Speed forme when it is running (or floating like Mewtwo did in Melee)... Attack forme when it is doing special moves... Normal forme when it is doing normal moves. I would support this one but there is someone I want more...

Victini - a rat with butt wings... sounds like another Mew/Celebi/Jirachi/Manaphy Pokeball Pokemon. But this one would use V-create or whatever signature move it has to attack other players.

Meowth - yes! This is the Pokemon I have always wanted for years... long before Deoxys existed. Pay Day, Fury Swipes, Faint Attack, Payback... sadly he is underrated and people always say he is boring (the same can be said about Jigglypuff if it wasn't in the first three Smash games)

Team Rocket - yes!!! If Meowth is not alone, then this is the next best option for Meowth. I envision Meowth having Arbok or Weezing as a team partner like Ice Climbers... but unlike the Diddy & Dixie team concept Sakurai had in Brawl, Meowth changes his team partners with Down B, giving him a second set of moves to work with. Meowth & Arbok would be about long range attacks, tether recoveries, paralyzing enemies with Glare.... Meowth & Weezing would be about aerial battles, indirect attacks involving Poison Gas, juggling enemies with Smog (like Weezing already does in Melee)... Final Smash would be Meowth doing his Pay Day like he did in Brawl.

Female Pokemon Trainer - maybe... but then Pokemon Trainer Red has to leave to make room for her... if she gets in, I hope it is May with Mudkip, Grovyle, and Blaziken....

What joke? I think it is silly to say that a character shouldn't be playable because it ruins a joke or a meme.

Exploding and reforming. Is that all Mach Rider has to offer? The Dog got more than ducks. He's got the clay pigeons and the Zapper Light Gun. And if we are feeling a bit creative, his laughing could be analogous to Jigglypuff's Rest where he gets shot for laughing, but it is a price to pay to OHKO someone.

I definitely agree with you here! Having those Primid and other unique enemies just felt odd as opposed to have limited Nintendo enemies within the adventure mode.

The Nintendo themed lands and enemies were also part of why I loved the Melee adventure mode as well. I do hope Sakurai reverts the mode to having a more classic Nintendo scenary in the game.

I also do hope that the adventure mode is less dark than it was in Brawl. Just a brighter feeling...like in Melee. :D

They're not the real Yoshi or Mario, though. They're alternate universe versions as is. Keep in mind that Pit and Yoshi don't even have any real effect on the fight either. They're just the extras.

This would work if we get more than just Mother levels, of course. Sure, some looked inspired by other series, but that was the only one that felt blatantly related.

...I wouldn't hold my breath, though. Brawl was needlessly generic Single Player-wise.

Even if one were to think Lip is "deserving", her chances of getting in Smash 4 are poor. I think she has a good shot at being an Assist Trophy this time though. Sakurai though would probably seriously consider her if he did not look toward the Palutena and Medusa as female newcomers (that goes for the Wario female characters too).

But at least it helps he thinks highly of the series...

Brawl's was 2D? Looks more like pseudo-CG art to me. I want a boxart kind of like 64 and Melee's. I remember one idea I had for the Brawl boxart was everyone going after the Smash ball, and I think someone actually drew a picture like that. Basically, I would like to see a giant free for all for the next box art. Question is how do you go about doing it without making it look so busy. I mean, look at the Japanese boxarts for SSF4AE.
SSF4AE This isn't the exact box art, but it was pretty much this. The American version had considerably way less characters on its boxart.

The Japanese MvC3 boxarts had the right idea, and so did the Japanese Melee one.

All Marth has going for him is his sword. As I've said several times, it's not what you got, but how you use it. If Mach Rider's exploding gig is as versatile as a swiss army knife, there's nothing wrong with that.

At least Palutena can get the non-furries for Nintendo.
