Perhaps you could play on an actual 3DS. The bottom part would act as a stage, and the top screen would be in the background "projecting" 3D platforms to jump on. The touchscreen would present some sort of options that you could jump on to effect what the top screen projects.

Meowth is a pretty notable Pokemon to add; however, Mewtwo is still there as the road block for him. I somewhat doubt the chances of Deoxys, but if there are R/S/E remakes, I suspect that he'll be one of the more popularly supported ones.

The Porygon family have been rather interesting Pokemon though I doubt their chances of appearing as a playable character. Perhaps a Pokeball Pokemon like in Melee?

If Porygon Z made it in, causing seizures should be its final smash.

Except no Pokemon switches unevolvable evolutions like that. Seriously, what you're going about is closer to the Slide Evolution from Digimon Frontier.

Once Eevee turns into one form, she would be stuck in that form for either the rest of the stock. No switching between Flaeron and Leafeon for example. This would represent the evolution aspect. Again, having the evolution aspect outlined in an rpg fashion in the 3dS makes more sense.

Lucario did not have the ability to get stronger as his percentage increased, however the ability conveyed in a flavorful and design manner his aura. I predicted this before Brawl (even though I had his specials getting stronger rather than his attack and KO percentages increasing).

I don't mean to be nosy, but 87.5% of all Eevee are male gendered.

Anyway, your Eevee input is much more complex than what I've stated for Deoxys.

My eevee idea is this. eevees down be will evolve him into a form and depends on what surface your standing on.(ex.Standing on ice- glaceon, standing on moving platform- umbreon, etc) and when transformed, each form will have a few different small changes in trates(ex- jolteon is bit faster, vaporeon takes a bit less damage from phisical attacks, etc) but one big change is that they all have a different neutral special-

Vaporeon- Water Gun
Jolteon- Tunder Jolt
Flareon- Flamethrower
Umbreon- Shadow Ball
Espion- Confusion
Leafeon- Razor Leaf
Glaceon- Ice Beam

Then by pressing down B they go back to eevee.

I really dislike jiggs i general, she is so powerful in Melee and to a lesser extentin Brawl but in the games she is a weakling. Much rather have MEowth to Jigs

I really hope Pichu returns as an alt at least. Most people do not really look at the differences; however, there was a lot to Pichu that made him a character far superior to Pikachu in my eyes (it's my opinion). I understand that his chances as a standalone have diminished; however, giving Pikachu a Pichu costume would be great to see. I wouldn't mind Raichu either (he deserves more love).

Honestly, I see Zoroark better off as a Pokeball Pokemon. Using its illusion ability to transform into one of the playable characters once being released from his Pokeball would be an interesting scenario to see. I really don't see Zoroark as a shoe-in as some people do (on the other boards I go to). Lucario was a notable Pokemon of the 4th gen. Zoroark is already forgettable in my opinion (especially since it is almost impossible to obtain it in game without an event).
