I think relevance will get Chrome into Sm4sh. JUST saying.

It helps, but it'll need to be received well to boot to stand a good chance.

On the subject of a second Sonic character, I seriously doubt one, but I would like Tails. Not a fan of other suggestions.

Also, Girahim would be a fabulous choice for Smash4 the more I see him in SS. I just wonder if being a one off hurts his chances enough to keep him from the roster.

You can't be serious. Make Ghirahim an Assist Trophy for all I care, but he should never touch the playable spots.

I'm not a fan of the whole series at all. But a 2nd Sonic rep is cool with me, as long as its not Classic Sonic (as a playable A LONG WITH SONIC ON THE SAME CONSOLE) or Shadow. I dislike Shadow. But I guess he'd be the most likely 2nd rep? If so, far not as horrible as Classic Sonic yet.

Chrome is the new Ike. I'll just be calling it instead of argueing with loose running hormones...

Toon Link instead of Young Link was a great idea. Having then both would be awful.

As long as the roster is decently sized (upper 40's)and the movesets are diverse enough(atleast the spacies relationship), it wouldn't be too bad IMO.

I don't even know if I'll be getting Smash 4 honestly. If its engine is worse than Brawls, I won't be getting it. Heck, Smash 4 will determine if I'll be gettin a Wii U or not. Knowing Sakurai I'll be 24 when it comes out.

Meh, I really doubt a 2nd character coming from Sega, I won't say it couldn't happen, but when even Sonic is not guranteed to return I don't see it happening.

I think the Smash 4 should have alternate costumes for Characters that apply to this subject.
I don't mind Classic Sonic as a simple costume or Extra DLC character.
Costume Ideas could be:
(Mario/Doc) (TL/YL) (Modern Sonic/Classic) (OoT Ganondorf(Young)/TP Ganondorf(Old)) (MGS2 Solid Snake/ Old Snake(MGS4)) Ect...

Impa should still be in instead of Sheik though. Could you guys supporting Sheik even come to the point of meeting her in OoT when it was released I wonder?? All I'm guessing is that you want her cause she was on Smash, nothing more. :/ why is modernisation bad?

I'll even say it now; Ocarina of Time wasn't even THAT great. Zelda Wii U better be a lot better than it if the series want to survive another decade. Especially consideribg how long they took with SS.

You're all rather bright, good for you who read my question properly.

I was really trying express that there is significance in regards to culture in video games. This is the reason characters like ROB or Game & Watch are considerable choices. Why Little Mac is one of the highest requested to be PC, although there are several widely Assists that were present in the game.

All phases of the gaming community have their value, but it's those characters that have aged well that deserve our adoration. Much like the elderly in our society.

And according to N, Roy and Sheik are just as good developped characters as Mewtwo, Mega Man, K.Rool and Ridley? And in case GoldenY is watching: don't think I'm putting words in others mouths here. Just adding up. 2 + 2 = 4, **** like that.

BESIDES, SHEIK DID JACK **** IN OOT. It was a cool idea in Melee, a cute reference in Brawl but totally UNNEEDED in Smash 4.

Can't even think of a character that did anything worse than Sheik on terms of roles currently on Smash actually. She is the weakest links. And as you know, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

I dont see the attachment to veterans. If they can take Zero Suit Samus's moveset and give part of it away to a newcomer, and give the rest back to a faster Samus, would anyone mind? Same goes for Sheik. If they were to cut sheik, but give her "ninja" playstyle to a newcomer, would anyone mind the cut?

Exactly my arguements all along. I don't want Sheiks playstyle gone, just a new, fresher a not ancient jack **** doing one off character.

At least it makes sense to keep Sheik in Smash because she's apart of Zelda. Not that such an argument carries a whole lot of weight.
