I think the Blunderbuss should be used for his B if K. Rool were to get it. Final Smash seems pretty bland to me and I think they could do better.

Really though, K. Rool is so (relatively) easy to do a move set for.

As far as his moveset goes, I think a King only moveset would be unfortunate but likely, since the Japanese think they're brothers. However, maybe they'll give him a blunderbuss anyways since he is still a pirate technically im DKC1. However, I could easily see Klaptraps being worked in there somehow since Sakurai seems to actually be aware of them.

Surely it's no secret in Japan that K. Rool has multiple personalities in the West? Where his games were developed? I mean, even the slightest bit of research on his part should dig that tidbit up. He could just make a mention of the differences in depiction on his trophy description.

One of these flaws is the dismal Japanese writing. The writing would be much better.

But with development starting next month-April, we should be prepared for much more believable false leaks. Oh and Sonic being put in with other vets is also strange since he is the only Brawl newcomer.

Down B - he sets Klaptraps to chase after enemies like Mario did with Snapjaws in the DK Jr. arcade.

Final Smash - the Gangplank Galleon from DKC1+2 appears in the background and shoots cannonballs all over the stage.

I think this is the general gist of what most people would want from a K. Rool moveset and I would love that (although the DKC2 fanboy in me wants a full Kaptain moveset). Let's hope if they DO decide to add him, they'll do PLENTY of research before deciding on a moveset.

What it all boils down to is how the Japanese can reconcile with the fact that he was invented by Brits. I was actually surprised Diddy was added(he was my first choice since the original Smash. I guess if Diddy DIDN'T make it into Brawl, people would riot. Let's hope the perceived dislike of Kremlings is just misunderstanding.

Ahh! Perfect! Scrap my Gangplank Galleon idea... the Kremling Isle from DK64 instead of the ship could be shooting laser beams from the background... that way, the ship can be a stage.

I don't know if I would go as far as to say "shouldn't", moreso I'm uncertain what criteria qualifies characters these days.

Especially in the case of characters that are considered around promotional ploys.
