Thanks guy!Good boy, have a cookie.
Geno would be a cool character, but he stands very little chance. The only thing he has is his popularity, which pretty much won't help him much since he has almost everything going against him.Soooooo,...any thoughts about Geno?
oh you!! ^^,Thanks guy!..........*cough*goku*cough*
I wouldn't describe her as "Physically Fit" even is she is more active than your regular Zelda. She's still a fairly small girl, and its hard to imagine her throwing a punch or casting a spell. But still, if she does keep her look, perhaps she will have some new tricks. I mean if Peach can fit that description too, who's to say SS Zelda can't too? Heck, maybe they'll have her giant chocobo/shoehorn bird-thing hang around her as she fights, and aid her. That'd be pretty interesting. Her new look is a breath of fresh air. I'm hoping this new "Physically Fit" Zelda will spurr a new moveset.
Haha, if only it were that easy. The thing that makes his possibility interesting is that he has always had a fair amount of votes on the polls. He may not make it in, but he certainly has the popularity. For those who haven't played Mario RPG, do it because it's such a good game and it'll show you why he has the popularity.Geno will definitely make it into Ssb4
Yes of course. Troll kill!!!Omega shall we begien Flame war against this abomination to SSB ?
First, idgaf.second,i dont troll,i exspress my opinions that coincidentally disagree with your opinionsYour trolling is getting on my nerves,CtR..., but whatever, I guess you'll just go on my Ignore List.
I think the same thing about Waluigi (without irony), but honestly, these ideas do not deserve our post, since we know the reaction of those who read. I just put my idea about Waluigi lists of characters, hidden among a lot of plausible characters or that everyone loves. Try the same with Geno.Geno will definitely make it into Ssb4

While I'm not expecting her to become little Mac in a dress, i was more or less just hoping the Oot influences might be dropped, or at least mixed with something else. I love OoT and MM, they're two of my favorite games from a great Loz era. With that being said, I would like Zelda to have a chance at hightening herself on the tier list. A tweak on her moveset could make her more feasable in that sense. I guess a comboing system wouldn't hurt either.I wouldn't describe her as "Physically Fit" even is she is more active than your regular Zelda. Smash Bros was not intended to be a competitive fighting game. It's supposed to be a casual or party game that anyone can pick up and play. That's why he did not and will not include combos in the future.oh yeah and combos are what destoryed the very essence of ssbb. Now its just some Nintendo version of Street Fighter. If Sakurai wanted his characters to preform combos,he would have put a combo list at the pause screen.
I can't figure out what you're even saying with this post. Brawl had hardly any comboing.oh yeah and combos are what destoryed the very essence of ssbb. Now its just some Nintendo version of Street Fighter. If Sakurai wanted his characters to preform combos,he would have put a combo list at the pause screen.
Tell that to Melee lovers.Smash Bros was not intended to be a competitive fighting game.
It has a type of comboing system, have you played Melee/64? It's not the same as other fighting games, but it's there. That's why he did not and will not include combos in the future.
I've always overlooked at this guy, I have yet to play, but I will soon, as far as his chances go, it's kinda of hard to tell if Square will even be interested in Geno's involvement, but if it were to happen I would welcome Geno with open arms.Haha, if only it were that easy. not sure if serious....,oh yeah and combos are what destoryed the very essence of ssbb. Now its just some Nintendo version of Street Fighter. If Sakurai wanted his characters to preform combos,he would have put a combo list at the pause screen.
But Zelda isn't a princess in Skyward Sword... so maybe she would be a bit rough around the edges... maybe a bit faster compared to her Twilight Princess counterpart. You know how princesses are expected to be elegant and graceful... so of course, Zelda was in the bottom tier in Brawl... so think of it as a good excuse to buff Zelda in SSB4.meh...its good, but IMO her Twilight Princess look suited her better.
Yeah, relevance probably doesn't matter much if the character is very iconic or very popular. I think Ocarina of Time defined the Zelda series and of course it helps that Sheik debuted in that game. The same goes for Star Fox 64, of course only Falco and Wolf were added while Krystal wasn't because she debuted in the game where the Star Fox series was said to jump the shark.Just goes to show that relevance when it comes to characters already in doesn't matter.
What also didn't make sense was because Sheik was unique, Young Link was not.
Yeah that's the tricky part with Square. It's dumb because it's a Mario title, but you know legal issues. But in all honesty, Mario RPG is one of the best games on the SNES, even if you're not interested in Geno's inclusion, it's just a great game. It's too bad it's by Square because there are so many cool things that could be included from that game. As a character he is perfect. But legal issues... If you liked Paper Mario you'll like RPG.I've always overlooked at this guy, I have yet to play, but I will soon, as far as his chances go, it's kinda of hard to tell if Square will even be interested in Geno's involvement, but if it were to happen I would welcome Geno with open arms.
Relevance is why Meowth still has a chance of getting in SSB4. Not a large one, but still a chance. This is probably related or off topic, but Meowth is still kinda relevant to the Pokemon Company if it is featured in a logo (in addition to a prominent role in the anime). I guess these Pokemon are very marketable if they are featured on the logos to attract customers to the stores. Here are the logos.
Geno was in only one Mario game that was developed by Square Enix. This does not make Geno the best representative of the whole Square Enix company nor the whole Mario franchise.Yeah that's the tricky part with Square. .
for sure it won'tThis is pretty great, at least I should still have have Mario and Falco playable!! As a 3rd part Raphael would be awsome!! Probably won't happen though![]()
You ask too muchI've read your stuff before and yeah you're right. I never said anything about "OMG GUYS HE SHOULD BE IN FOR SURE" I wasn't even preaching for him to get in, I was simply saying how good Mario RPG was. I never even stated "Geno should be in" That's not what the post was about. Get your stuff together. If you're going to hate at least read what I actually said.
That's all fine and dandy, and you're totally welcome to feel that way. I'm not here to argue whether or not he deserves to be in, because I know people's opinion here, both good and bad. But your post had absolutely no relevance to my post. I was simply saying how good Super Mario RPG was, and it's a shame that it was made by square because it has some cool things in it that'd be interesting in Smash. I clearly stated there were legal issues and I never said "SUPER MARIO RPG SHOULD BE IN SMASH" I may be wrong but I have a feeling you haven't played Mario RPG, in which you should.I do not hate Geno. I just find him to be an overrated doll thanks to his rabid fanbase. I do not think Geno deserves to get in Smash over another Mario character and over another Square Enix character.
You are correct, your feelings are wrong. I have played and beaten Super Mario RPG in 1996. I have beaten this game over and over throughout the years. I have not played the game since 2004.That's all fine and dandy, and you're totally welcome to feel that way. Don't even joke like thatYou ask too much
I also heard from my best friend's sister's boyfriend's uncle who has a job in Nintendo that Mario is being removed from Smash 4![]()
My mistake on that, but yeah, everyone has different opinions on things, I'm not here to tell people they are wrong because that's not rightYou are correct, your feelings are wrong. I play SMRPG, it was good, but I still don't understand the cult classic status of the game. I'm pretty sure the Paper Mario series is held in higher regard. *shrug* Geno would be nice, but legality aside, I think he'd be honestly and truly deserving of Assist Trophy status.
P.S. Is it just me, or is my sig not showing up?
There is no right answer to this question because everything is speculation. Although most people will say, and I agree with this, Since Sonic is already in, they may just limit the amount of 3rd party reps from the same company. Especially since Megaman has such a huge fan base, and since there may not be any more than 3 or 4 3rd party reps, Sonic clearly takes the spot over Knuckles, although Knuckles would be awesome. Sonic, Snake and Megaman may be the only 3, if there are 3rd party reps again. What are the chances we see knuckles in this?
Probably slim. He belongs to Sega, we dont know if Sega is going to go in on Smash again this time around. Same with Konami. What are the chances we see knuckles in this?
Given Nintendo and Sega's close relationship, I wouldn't be shocked to see another Sonic character in the next game, but Shadow or Tails have a much better chance than Knuckles. Doesn't mean he won't pop up at some point in the game though. What are the chances we see knuckles in this?
Agreed, so many people suggest all the other newer ones. But the original Sonic games were definitely better.Personally, I do not think Sonic needs more characters in Smash. This is Nintendo's fighting game, not a Nintendo vs. Sega game.
But if I had to pick which Sonic characters should be in Smash, I would pick Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman. That's it. No more... only the main characters from the original trilogy on the Genesis. It is generally agreed upon that the games before Dreamcast was better anyway.
