my theory is "quick reply" is intended for use with one-liners and if there was a page full of that and it was enabled by default, there would be more random signatures on the page than actual content so they are trying to limit that

AS I recall Velocity was challenging the top 5 Falcons in the state against hsi "Super awesome GW that all the Falcon players fears"

my suggestion: have some number of TVs designated as "tournament TVs" and then have at least a few separate TV marked as "friendlies TV's"; and then of course give money matches priority on the "friendlies" TVs
