I've always liked playing fox, but since Smash 4, I've considered making him a main character in my collection. I'm still getting the hang of him, as the fastest character I've ever mained was Yoshi. But that's what I love about playing as Fox now, the fast-paced gameplay. I thought I would share one of my replays vs Sheik.

Have some Sheik Sets with Fox against Mr.R (Winners Semi)
Against Cyve (Winners Final)
and than against Mr.R again (Losers Final)

Cyve knew the MU because we Played alot than Mr.R watched him and adapted to that.
Soooo..
I had trouble killing sheik and if anyone has some advice, it would be very helpful :)

Fox vs the mii's should be in this section ! Mii Brawler is someone who gives Fox some trouble.

If you find any Fox v Mii's then sure, I have footage of my own but damn did I suck that round though (I'm not high level)

EDIT:

Fine, here you go, my filthy footage from TENS, my first tournament where I played mediocre.

Hello people! I'm interested in learning how to improve my Fox, but this is more or less for my friend! :D He's been playing Fox a lot lately and really has a lot of fun playing him! He's a pretty good Fox, knowing how to do things like the infinite jab combo (believe me, I do not want to go Lucario vs him again) and he has (imo) decent spacing and a good combo game to go along with it. That being said, I still know he has many flaws and he knows as well, so any help would be appreciated!

You can help me out as well and thank you very much if you do! :) Just make sure you put my advice and the advice for my friend in separate sections and I'll be able to understand it!
I only play Fox for the first match, but my friend plays Fox for the entire video.

At long last, videos from me :3. I'll be updating this post as more videos go up. These are from a Penn State tournament I went up to at the end of April.

Hey guys, finally got my hands on some of my sets to show matchups and stuff. Preeetty sure I lose every set but whatever that's not the point... I guess...

Skarfelt (Fox) vs Yackabean (Toon Link) at Hypespotting 4

Skarfelt (Fox) vs Ixis (Sonic) at Rose Villa Smash 2

Hopefully I'll get some clips from Battlefield NI May this Saturday for some more Irish stuff. Obviously, all critique is welcomed and encouraged although I have learnt a lot since both of these sets, of course. I don't think we have many Toon Link clips and I'm fortunate enough to be able to play Yackabean on a regular basis - plus, one of the top Irish players is a Zelda main and we don't have any videos of that matchup so y'know.

From SBIT Smash Bros Italia: Danu's Fox vs. BlueLink's Toon Link (Losers Finals): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiG4MKY-BSo.

vs. BlueLink's Lucina, Toon Link, and Samus (Winners Finals): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jx3QFC2gZsM.

vs. Gazel's Pit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=In4G2hFZF4s.

vs. Keiichi's Captain Falcon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5leVPNtVGSc.

vs. Orso's Ganondorf: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1IbZrT7Uf4. This video is messed up because of an issue during recording which sucks since it'd be cool to see the Ganondorf that made it to Grand Finals against BlueLink's Toon Link.

2 More from me:

Mav (Fox) vs Phire (Shulk) I actually lost game 1 but that's not in the video for some reason O_o

Mav (Fox) vs Funpolice (Sheik/Luigi)

Mav (Fox/Mario) vs Kruton (Mario/Sheik)

BONUS ROUND:
Me getting whipped by someone who says it was their first in person tourney (seems to be true too)
Mav (Fox/Mario) vs PsychoMyko(Pit) . I was on losers side because I had lost to Phire in winners bracket. The set above is my runback on him in losers.

I can always invoke the M2k "I was playing in like 4 events (I actually was in like 4 events at the time, smash 4 singles/doubles, PM singles, and Melee Singles), and it was a long day" Johns, but I still lost xD

Here are the Grandfinal matches of the Nashua Smash - 5/2/15 tournament. It's Bloodcross :4fox:vs Craftis :4sonic:

Customs are on, so you get to see Twisting Fox, Impact Blaster, and Charge Blaster (briefly) being used.

you guys should all give me tips though please!
There is a small chance I might be at the big house 5, which foxes live in that area?

I guess I'll have to change the tittle to "video critique" too now huh.

Seriously though you didn't do bad, it's just a painful reminder that you should not dash attack shields in this game, especially not the Bthrow hero.

And IMO you could do a drop Nair to her if she tried to recover offstage, or use the reflecter above her... though that has a lot of mixed results as PK thunder usually knocks them upwards

yeah I used way too much dash attack :<
I tried the drop nair once during the set and it didnt really do anything for me, and as far as I'm aware the pk thunder has reflector invincibility for like the first second or so when its out so you cant reflect above.

I did some testing at home later and realized I could have been using failing fair though at the point ness stops to pk thunder, you can drag him down super low and then escape with double jump, so I guess I'll try that next time.
I really want to improve my neutral game though.

Megafox is so good! At 5:14 in his game against Espy, a perfect pivot would have landed that utilt. Once he gets those down, there will be no stopping this guy.

From Colorado Smash, Fishbait pulls out Fox for the second and third rounds against Eshura's Pit and Falco in the first set of Grand Finals. His Fox looks crisp and the baits with Twisting Fox was pretty wicked. Oh, and something about a Uair to Bair. Just added the Versus Gaming and Fire'n Dice videos, note during this summer I'll re-organize the thread at some point making a "Pro-player" library to glorify those who we call top tier players

Also, customs in a nutshell

http://www.twitch.tv/sandiegofgc/v/6335211

Times
41:00 to 45:30 me vs Ganon ---- win

01:05:25 to 01:12:00 me vs D3 ---- win
