i know how that feels xD ... if you have like 15/3 as a malphite in laning phase and you lose, because they feed the adc who has like 20/1 and our team still blames the jungler for no ganks, not the 0/16-constantly-tower-diving-and-loosing-adc

this doesn't happens in brawl, if you're better than your opponent you win ... if you're worse, you lose ... also every game needs Ness and Lucas and Ninten and Jeff and Kumatora and mr-saturn AS A PLAYABLE CHARAKTER ._. ... well brawl got 2 of them ... a Playable mr-saturn in ssb4 would be sooooo awesome, make it happen xD

he could BOInG on the enemy and zOOm the camera in and out and he could fish enemy's with his red-ballon and he could recover with a cage with many little birds and he could say DaKOta and he could poke them with his nose there would be many idea's for his attacks ... he could create a time-maschine and attack the enemys when they where embryos , it would h u r t, you couldn't grasp the true form of this attack ... would be a pretty overpowered attack , that would not be right, not right not r i g h t ... mr-saturn as a playable charakter won't be in any ssb-game .... but it would make me h a p p y ...

I actually dislike Ness in it. he feels exactly like he did in melee...

That said he's still a heck of a load of fun. Any character in P:M can do stuff, mainly because you can't act during pre-tumble hitstun, aside from DI. It allows for insane combos and melee Ness does have some of those, like Uair strings.

I found Lucas to be far better IMHO. He has Uair string as well btw, but remember that since you can only AD once before going in to helpless, Lucas becomes boss because not only can he AD to rope snake, his rope snake actually has hitboxes now.

Also the charged smashes are amazing. Use Lucas' charge (neutral B), then Usmash. It's like, OH MY GOSH WHAT JUST WENT DOWN!?

I only played Ness though, stuck to my guns. He feels more like 64 than Melee to me.

These were more experienced players and I still won, I 4 stocked a Falcon main's Sheik on Hyrule Castle.

if you know how to play Ness in P:M, he can be deadly ... he has a optinal double jump cancel, so you can do some serious stuff with that, his pk-flash is usefull because it's faster und travels further, making it usefull for edgeguards, his pkt2 travels further, if someone jumps in it or a projektile hits us, the range isn't cut in half, his smashes are usefull, his dair hits like at frame 1 or something xD ... don't know, but it's fast ... in general every aerial is faster and his smashes and his dashattack ... like everything xD ... his bair ist sooo awesome, when it's faster, ... and his pk-fire launches the fire-pillar, even if it hits the shield of someone ... thats so awesome ... P:M Ness <3

Project M is still in development so its physics are not the same as Melee yet, meaning many Melee players do not enjoy P:M but Brawl players do because its easier to adjust to. so my point is playing it now wouldnt give a great representation of what it will be like when its done

P:M is like a mix between brawl and Melee
it's not like melee, nor like brawl, so the melee-player want a "second-melee" but don't got it, thats why more brawl-players than melee-players play P:M ... but (like Jamwa said) still in develope ... it's worth playing it, or just testing it

I'm a 64 and melee Ness main, though tbh I haen't played melee all that much. I do enjoy a bit of how Ness feels but I can't control his PKT nearly as much and his grab is awful like in melee.

He can still combo though, I think that's why you were winning with him. It allows newer players to do stuff to more experienced players.

Back from my tourney~
Um, tbh I kinda preferred the one I went to in October; more people were there, and we had a stream & pictures taken so it was more memorable. =P
It was still hella fun though. We actually had time for friendlies this time that weren't FFAs lol

Onto my bracket though...
So 1st set I play against Desu~ who mains Jiggs & C.F.
Jiggs I beat with ease (though 1st stock I ALMOST SD with PKT2 like 5 seconds in the match LOL). Every KO I got was a B throw lol
Against his C.F though, it was more intense though. We were both at 1 life and like 120% so it was very terrifying, but IIRC I got a Bair.

2nd set, guess who I had to play against? ALLY. While I was waiting for us to do our set, I was really anxious and stressed.
...Then when we played I got owned badly, needless to say. I was so freaking lost in that set I didn't see explosions, mines, nades and whatnot Game 1 LOL
Then Game 2 we go to Delfino, we both fall into the water, I try to Dair him but I miss and then I died at 50% from an U Smash 1st stock. Then GR gayness happen. though when the platform went to the shine gate we were both falling and didn't know where our characters were LOL
At least Ally died once Game 2 since he failed to explode himself while trying to recover lol
So yeah that was awful.

3rd set I face against a D3, and it was pretty close both games, but U tilt is dumb and I died from it. Then Game 2 I die the moment he respawns from a Bair LOL

Then after I was doing some friendlies, and I won 9 friendlies in a row (I was winning too often and I felt bad so after 9 wins I stopped to let someone else go lol) against like the same 3-4 people. Why couldn't I have them in my Bracket XD

I hate hanenbow because you try to recover, and PKT2 in to the leaf, then not only does the leaf move (and usually up), it also shortens your PKT2 as if to say "You thought you would just get back on here? Well how about NO!?"
