Yeah um I mean you can take a Lucas there but they'll be just as good as you there too (hoping they're on the same skill level too, but the stage really is good for both sides).

No doubt that Ness is good on Brinstar but Lucas is easily as good if not better so you close the gap between the characters.
Stage is gimmicky (and awesome) as hell for both of them though. I'd love to see this match or rematch.

Also, I'd honestly take them to Delfino other than Brinstar. I would NOT want to take a Lucas to Battlefield though. Seriously though this matchup goes either way all the time and it's obnoxious to talk about. I'm still under the impression that Ness is better than Lucas.

I hate Yoshi's Island... I used to love it, but now that I use PKjump so much, it's huge *** platform in the middle is really annoying.

I say SV > FD > BF....

Then PS1 > (norfair >) Bstar > DP > Frigate > Halberd > Lylat > ...???

Dajay i friggin HATE yoshi's island, its the gayest map possible and the freaking platform gets in my way so much, although my friend's hack for the map is amazing. on the cloud WTF flashes back and forth and the flowers are all awesome face xD

Yoshi's Story should've never been removed. Yoshi's Story was far better than all the Yoshi's Islands, the Melee one is just horrendous but 64 Yoshi's Island was pretty decent except for the clouds on the right made the stage ridiculously big. However there was a gameshark code in 64 that let you play on a cloudless Yoshi's Island (it's the stage you face the Yoshi Team in 1P mode), that stage is really awesome.

BF = FD > SV. I say this because some MUs I prefer BF and some I prefer FD. SV is alright since it's like a combination of FD/BF; but personally I prefer either platforms or no platforms, not both.

And PS1 really depends on your opponent. If you play a really campy guy, PS1 is really ********. Otherwise it's just an okay stage.

for me sv is just one of those stages that i dont mind playing on, but don't particularly like playing on either. holy crap im testing something on picto chat and its taking way too long because i need the pihrana plant for it... it comes once maybe every 3 minutes...

Pictochat is a stage I enjoy. This is because I have a lot of experience on this stage (it's a favorite stage of one of my friends, so he likes to play there often with me), so I don't mind the hazards and I feel I can take advantage of the stage easily.

And before I forget, Yink you should hook me up with some cool Ness pics. Someone is going to make me a sig and I need to supply him with a cool Ness pic. I have to ask you since you own every piece of Mother artwork in existence. Please, I'll love you forever.

I don't care for Pictochat really, it's kind of lame. All of the drawings just get in the way to me. Especially the parts that can completely block you or projectiles from reaching your opponent(s).

You mean cuz of the walls/crevasse in Fire? Other than those I never saw how PS1 encouraged camping.

mmm neon ps1 encourages olimar to farm purple pikmin which can get in our way, i love those little guys... metal ground gives a higher pluck percent for purples but other than that yeah its just basically staring at the other person waiting for someone to approach... i kinda like ps1 for ness cuz you can do some pkt to try to stop that stuff, they think you are gonna be punishable, you ground cancel your head, then you aerial or something and the games back on. But yeah i'd much rather go somewhere else.

The supoort ghost is a major a**hole, he ALWAYS pops up a second after I needed him to or he pops up while I'm using PKT and he either eats it or I'm just standing on the ghost helpless as my PKT is well below me.
