It's because BBR used to be just its own solo thing, so they didnt have to add anything to it. RC is a branch off of it, also being a backroom and being affiliated with brawl, so they added an extension, RC, to it to show the difference. They're both BBR, both being backrooms that deal with brawl, just, as the original BBR never had an extension, they just kept it plain BBR.

I think the real issue with the title is people like to be right.

Espy wants to mod.

But someone (probably gashi, simply because mods have been placed over us for a reason.) eventually needs to submit.
Mods need to be kept in check, of course.
